Hatten hotel sentiasa dihati🫶
Pros:

Dekat hatten ni memang dekat dengan bandar..jadi nye tak perlu nak keluar gi naik kereta..jalan kaki je..semua depan mata..kedai makan bersepah sane sini..dah repeat 2kali..hatten memang terbaik..alhamdulillah staff semua baik2..love..

Cons:

Singki sumbat.. kalau boleh lepas ni pihak hotel dapat check dulu kemudahan pelanggan..sebelum bagi bilik kpd pelanggan..mybe terlepas pandang..it's sokay..harap sangat lepas ni takde dah masalah macam ini..agak susah jugak bila singki sumbat ..disebabkan check in pun dah petang..letih ..malas nak inform dekat hotel sebab leceh nak tukar2 bilik..

Cons:

Personal an der Rezeption teilweise ziemlich unfreundlich gewesen. Man wollte mir vorab kein Zimmer zeigen.
