Das Schwimmbad und das Fitnessstudio haben bereits um 19:30, geschlossen, längere Öffnungszeiten wären schön gewesen.
Es gab keine Liegen am Pool.

La posizione, la dimensione della camera

Cons:

L'hotel è segnalato come un 5 stelle, ma al momento ha bisogno di manutenzione: in piscina piastrelle staccate, le poltrone di seduta a colazione sono piuttosto sfondate.
In piscina non ci sono sdraio ma solo poche sedute.
La colazione è ricchissima per gli asiatici, per gli occidentali c'è pochissimo. Ma è giusto così: il pubblico è al 99% asiatico

Great choice!
Pros:

Location is nice, rooms are clean. Hotel stuff is excellent. They do understand customer needs, allowed early check in and upgraded our room according to their availability.

Pros:

The hotel has a very strategic location, making it convenient to get around Melaka. The staff were also friendly and attentive towards guests. The room was spacious and comfortable, which made our stay enjoyable.

Cons:

I booked two rooms, but unfortunately, the air-conditioning in one of the rooms was not cooling enough. The breakfast was also a little disappointing. Although the hotel had many guests, the variety of food available was quite limited.

I would like to sincerely thank the Hatten Hotel for the lovely gesture of upgrading our room to the Premier Hatten Suite. I had only requested a small gesture to make my husband’s birthday a little more special, and we truly appreciate the thoughtful surprise.
