Nice hotel. But staff service needs to improve
Pros:

Location is in center of Melaka close to malls and lots of food and shopping.
Breakfast has wide varieties of choices and lots of seats in the ballroom

Cons:

During our stay, we stayed on the same level as our friend. But we need to change room in the middle of our stay and requested to the staff when we check out to have the room on the same level as our friends. They say they will try.
But when we ask during our 2nd check in, this information was not found and is a new request. Then the staff told us if you want to change, then wait til 6pm in an unfriendly manner.

Nothing much about the hotel facilities or the service that's noted to be liken

Cons:

The reception staff was extremely rude. When I was seeking for clarification on the parking, she did not offer any clear explanation, instead condescending said I should ask for clarification!

To start off, the parking area's lighting was bad and quite deserted.

Overall, it was a great second time returning experience. Will return soon...
Pros:

It was an awesome returning experience. We add on one extra bed upon check it. The amenities such as extra towel, tooth brush & tooth paste were given upon the delivery on the extra bed. Most hotels over look on this and we need to request for it. Well done Hatten Hotel! Keep up the good job. Ganbateh!

Cons:

I wished I could have booked for a wheelchair friendly room as I am wheelchair bound. Will try booking it next time.

Had a pleasant stay , probably value for the money.
Pros:

Large room with comfortable bed.Staff friendly. Good position. Food very good.

Cons:

Room & bathroom very out dated. Would have been a very grand hotel in its day but not a 5 star now but still comfortable.
