Pros:

Tout d'abord j'arrivais de Malacca en bus. Et la station de bus se situe à moins de 200m de l'hôtel.
Tout est vaste. Mais surtout la chambre est très grande.
L'emplacement est idéal. A 10 à 15 mn à pied de la plupart des lieux touristiques.
Le SPA un pur bonheur !

Cons:

L'eau de la piscine est froide pour moi.

Pros:

Booked the Jr Suite and surprisingly it was really, really a nice spacious room. Very clean indeed. The room was facing the sea. The room was well lit. The bathroom was big.

Cons:

There are issues in the bathroom....although the water pressure was good, the bath floor trap seems to drain the water very slowly. Also we were given only shampoo but no shower gel.

As for me the breakfast was a let down. If I were to rate the breakfast alone, I would have given it 2 stars only. At a glance, it seems have a lot to offer but when you really try it out.....you'll feel frustrated. To give some examples.... the omelette was bland. No tomatoes or bell peppers. Bake beans gravy was really, really thin. The cold cuts tasted like the cheap ones, fried mee smelled like it was not washed properly and was thrown straight into the pan.

At least the coffee machine gave satisfying cuppacinos.

I think the management of Hatten Hotel needs to make some improvements

I would return to stay at your hotel but I will not take the breakfast though
