Room was nice and clean,housekeeping very friendly and accommodating. The lady tried to help my husband adjust the air conditioning to help see if it will work. She at least tried. Outstanding view and love the balcony
Breakfast was ok. Pool staff are the greatest very accommodating and helpful.
First day at ck in the maintenance came to room to repair air conditioning. No one told us it was not working. Air conditioning was working on and off in the room. When we requested for repair my husband was told the person will not be there until Tuesday. During hot days room could be humid. It was tough staying in the afternoon. When it is too hot.
Always running out of cups and glasses for coffee and juice during breakfast. Breakfast exact the same. No variety for some guest staying for 4- 6 days A few days scrambled eggs were cold.

Ich kann es wärmstens empfehlen. Die Zimmer sind sehr sauber und das Frühstück ist einfach, aber bei dieser Hitze hat man sowieso keinen Appetit. Es liegt in der Nähe des Zentrums.
Lovely pool and good breakfast.
We picked this hotel for the gym and pool however the gym was only open on 1 of the 3 full days and the pool didn’t open until 10am and closed at 6pm. When we complained about the gym they let is train in there whilst it was closed with no electricity and no air con which is ridiculous in August!!
The rooms and facility itself was nice and clean and the people were very nice. You can see mount etna from the balcony.
The location is not in Catania it’s actually in Castello so not sure why the address says Catania. There was no coffee or tea in the room which we have never experienced at a 4 star hotel (more like a 2-3 star in my opinion). Breakfast was average and the pool shuts way too early given there is no where close by they could at least leave the pool open . Lastly there was no help from reception on tours to do they wanted you to tell them and then they book . We walked into another hotel nearby and they had a proper tour desk and their pool open for their guests until at least 8pm. This place seems more for workers on conference who need to be on the area and know the area well.

Que el horario de la piscina sea hasta las 18:00 no nos pareció bien ya que no se podía aprovechar por la tarde cuando volvíamos de las excursiones.

The room had a balcony with views of Mount Etna which I wasn't expecting! A brilliant surprise. The room was big and airy, well air conditioned with a really comfortable mattress and great bathroom and shower. The breakfast buffet was brilliant too.
The pool was only open between 10am and 6pm and given the fact that the temperature in the shade was around 37degrees Celcius, the opening times were not great. The pool staff also started putting all the loungers away from around 5pm which was annoying.
