Spacious rooms, great location, and a very pleasant stay overall.
Pros:

We had a very pleasant stay overall. The room was beautiful, spacious, and comfortable. We had requested a family room and received one with a queen-size bed and a sofa bed—both were very comfortable, and it worked perfectly for us as a family of three. The bathroom was also well designed, and we especially appreciated the large walk-in shower. The hotel is located in a quiet and attractive area, close to the seaside, with a lovely view from our room. Breakfast was good, with a wide selection of sweet options and an excellent range of cereals; the vegetable selection was adequate, though it could have been slightly more varied.

Cons:

On the downside, some guests on our floor were rather noisy and tended to slam their doors even late at night. This is of course not the hotel’s fault, but perhaps a technical solution could help ensure quieter door closing. Also, the gate on the seaside of the property is not clearly marked with the hotel’s name, which caused a bit of confusion when we arrived.

Spa oli todella ihana, henkilökunta todella ystävällistä, aamiainen oli runsas ja hotelli sekä koko alue ihanan hiljainen.

Cons:

Varasin hotellin upeiden Spa kuvien perusteella. Kun tulimme hotelliin Spa ei kuulunutkaan huonehintaan, joten mielestäni tämä oli harhaanjohtavaa mainontaa. Spa maksoi minulta, 13 ja 15 vuotiailta lapsiltani 40€/hlö/1h joka oli mielestäni pöyristyttävää.

Die Zimmer waren stets sauber

Extrem hellhörig. Da - jedenfalls auf unserer Etage- die Türen klemmen, war das Öffnen und schließen stets sehr laut und dank der dünnen Wände hatten wir mehr Unterhaltung als gewünscht
Das Zimmer ist sehr groß, aber dank der spartanischen Einrichtung erinnert es eher an ein Krankenhaus
Der Zustand ist tlw renovierungsbedürftig. Farbe platzt ab, das Bettgestell ist zerkratzt am den Türen splittert das Holz ab.
Am ärgerlichsten bzw größte Enttäuschung war der Pool und SPA Bereich. Zum einen war die Nutzung nicht inklusive, was bei der Buchung nicht ersichtlich war..Zum anderen fanden im Pool permanent schwimmkurde für Kinder bzw aquagymnastik statt, so dass wir, selbst gegen Gebühr, den pool nicht hätten nutzen können. Das spa ist mit 40 Euro pro Person für1 Stunde viel zu teuer. Leider ist das Gebäude nicht gut isoliert, so dass es im EG überall nach Schwimmbad riecht.
Insgesamt ein sehr enttäuschendes hotel, das überhaupt nicht dem entsprach, was wir uns anhand der Beschreibung und Bilder, vorgestellt haben.
Wer eine Unterkunft mit guten Parkplätzen (durchaus wichtig in sizilien) ohne schönes Ambiente sucht , wird vllt zufrieden sein. Wir waren enttäuscht.
