Il soggiorno più bello a Catania
Pros:

La struttura è un sogno, il personale è preparatissimo, professionale, gentile e con problem solving perfetto. Bellissima da vedere, spazi comodi enormi rilassanti, colazione super super, stanza fighissima, bagno top, servizi top, piscina meravigliosa e stupenda al tramonto e ristorante da 1000 stelle. Impossibile non soggiornarci!

We had a very pleasant experience with you, and would like to make special mention of Claudio.
Pros:

We traveled by car using google maps, However when google maps said that we had arrived we could see an obvious sing saying 4 SPA Hotel at the entrance, having a closer look we saw a faded writing on a wall saying 4 SPA Hotel.

Cons:

Over all our experience with you was excellent and will gladly recommend your hotel to anyone wishing to visit Catania.
May we make one suggestion, Beverages such as coffee and tea in the room would be a nice touch.

La colazione è variegata e abbondante con prodotti tipici locali. Purtroppo l'unica macchina automatica per le bevande calde non era funzionante. La piscina è ok.

Cons:

L'hotel si presenta dispersivo e comunque piuttosto trascurato. Nota dolente è lo staff, poco accogliente e piuttosto arrogante. Il sistema di aria condizionata non risulta efficace in un ambiente oltretutto saturo di vapore (nella medesima struttura è presente l'area benessere, evidentemente non ben compartimentata). Dispenser sapone non funzionante. La mancanza di una tettoia per il parcheggio delle auto rende le auto incandescenti
