Pros:

Great location, very convenient access to public transport, fantastic breakfast and the staff was very nice.

Cons:

I was given a special access room and I did not request that. I would have preferred a normal room as booked.

Nearly 5 stars but not quite
Pros:

Central position but surprisingly quiet. It was very clean and comfortable. Modern style. Breakfast was varied and lots of it.

Cons:

2 things would make this hotel 5 stars all the way, they are:
1. Drink making facilities in the room. No drinking water provided either
2. Usb charging points in the room. This is a necessity in the modern world

Fantastische locatie! Vriendelijk behulpzaam personeel.
Pros:

De locatie echt fantastisch! Kamers ruim, bedden erg goed en personeel super vriendelijk. Ontbijt uitgebreid genoeg. Prive Parkeerplek indien beschikbaar leuke eettentjes in de straat

Ottimo punto di partenza per esplorare Berlino
Pros:

Posizione molto comoda per visitare le principali attrazioni, ci siamo spostati quasi sempre a piedi, a pochi minuti c’è anche la fermata della metro Stadtmitte. Buon rapporto qualità prezzo.

Cons:

I cuscini e la coperta, troppo pesante, abbiamo dovuto tenere accesa l’aria condizionata nonostante il clima esterno mite.

Tolles Hotel, das wir gerne wieder buchen.
Pros:

Sehr freundliche und hilfsbereite Mitarbeiter, immer ein Lächeln im Gesicht. Lage sehr zentral, perfekt für einen Städtetrip. Leckeres Frühstück, für alle was dabei. Parkplatz im Innenhof war auch ideal.
