The hotel is in an excellent location to everything. Shopping, public transport and main tourist attractions. The staff was very nice and helpful. Our room had exactly what we needed in terms of the basics but it would have been nice to have modern cable television and bathroom necessities (toothpaste, toothbrush, lotion, etc.). The chair in our room was very worn down but the comforters were out of this world. They were incredibly comfy and so nice to sleep with. I did not like that I couldn’t open my bedroom window because someone was always smoking outside and the smell would inundate the room. We also loved Johnnys bar next door: the food was amazing!

Great property with great location

Location was great, as was the breakfast and other food and drink options. However, the WiFi in our room was non-functional. I needed to work during the trip and was not able to do so from my room. Also we were there for 6 nights and our room was only cleaned once. We had to go track down clean towels, extra toilet paper and soap on our own.

My friend and I were there to run the Berlin marathon. The staff at the front desk could not have been more accommodating. Thank you for the best possible stay for us during this time! We will be back!

Perfect location for everything! Helpful staff. One issue with dripping water from A/C during the night- but quickly resolved. Would stay again.

Good location next to U-ban and close to many tourist attractions.

Easy check in and clean hotel with a good breakfast. Various option at breakfast each morning. The bed was comfortable. The surrounding was safe and walkable to the train station. Would stay again.

A kettle would have been nice to have in my room, especially after coming back from it raining outside so that i can atleast make some tea or coffee

Friendly staff, very clean rooms and lobby, excellent location, fair price. Good restaurants and coffee shops directly across the street. Quiet for being so close to a popular tourist destination.

Hotel was beautiful! Very clean and well maintained. Great variety of breakfast options. Literally steps away from Checkpoint Charlie and lots of restaurants to choose from. Trans and buses are just around the corner. Would definitely return to this hotel if we ever return to Berlin.
