Very dirty the sink wouldn’t drain. Only reason we stayed. There was no other rooms available.

Had an amazing couple of weeks in Phuket and the hotel’s proximity to nice spots made it even better

At the centre of the market, just 1 km from Paton Beach a great play for stay. Staff very helpful. Big nice clean rooms with balcony and very reasonable price. Good breakfast, and at their restaurant they serve some lovely Thai dishes and too very economical.

Overall excellent

I would prefer more towels in the room and more Toilet amenities

Perfect place for a nice relaxing place. Great staff (can't remember her name but a great and friend staff). Overall a great place to rest and relax. Comfortable price and nice room, the design is really tradition. Nice restaurant on the ground floor. The location is alright. 👍👍

こちらのホテルに3泊しました。ロケーションとスタッフの方々の対応は良かったです。しかし、安いホテルということもありアメニティー無し、ドライヤーを借りるのに500バーツかかりました。またゴギブリが部屋に出る事が度々ありました。気候の影響が大きいことは理解の上ですし値段が高いホテルにも出ることもあると思うので一概には言えませんが出没回数がちょっと多いなと思いました…。

When i get into my room there was no toilet paper, the safe didnt work and the shampoo/soap had clearly been used with the cap still left off and a soap dish full of water. When i went down to reception they were incredibly unhelpful, blamed housekeeping laughed in my face and took 10 minutes before they even offered me toilet paper. The staff were rude and unhelpful throughout my stay and the towels STUNK even when "fresh" ones were laid out each day. The restaurant downstairs played music obnoxiously loud till midnight every night, the food was not good at all, overall conpletely disappointed and would warn everyone to never ever stay here!

Nicely located, 1 kilometre from patong beach big n clean rooms with balcony very reasonable, so many hotels and eateries near by, very good vibe,just beside all purpose store, good staff they provide travel n tours also u can hire scooter from them they give one way airport transfer in very good price, they store your luggage for free.

We were quite disappointed with our stay here. We found the staff to be not so helpful, although check in and out was quick.

We had breakfast included in our room rate, however we only went once as it was not worth the money we had paid. There was very little choice and what was there had clearly been sat for a while. You can order eggs to your liking, but again these weren’t great.

The room itself was ok. The bed comfortable enough, although, as in most of Asia, was on the harder side. We did spot a few little beetles or cockroaches in the room itself and were not sure how well the room was cleaned during our stay. I can definitely say the sink wasn’t cleaned once in our 9 day stay! The walls also had lots of stains on and the bedsheets has rips in. They provide a very small bottle of shampoo and a shower gel, which is topped up daily, however no hand soap is provided, we had to go and buy our own.

The room we had was quite dark and overlooked an inner courtyard. This was quite noisy at night as the air conditioner units were right outside. The floor we were on was also noisy from around 7am in the morning, not from other guests but housekeeping staff. You can hear everything from the corridor in your room.

Unfortunately we had a bad experience with the laundry service as well. The place that they send the laundry to lost an item of our clothing and we did not get it returned nor any money to compensate for the lost item. If you do get your laundry done here be sure to make a list and take photos of everything.

It is a shame to write such a bad review of what could potentially be a nice hotel. S in other reviews, if you literally are just using the hotel as a bed for the night, it is ok.

When we arrived at the hotel tanong patong no one clerk of the hotel for our welcomed and they have look to us but no respon for it. and I asked a male clerk wearing an orange shirt asking for check in. when i was check-in we didnt get our double king size bed room but they were given a twin bed room and i asked why i got a different room they told to me because you did a last minute booked, when i had booked 4 days in advance. then they checked back the contents of my booking email and they changed my room the next day. when i am entering of my room and I see the interior is nice and the equipment inside is very suitable with the price. when we take breakfast they provide unsuitable breakfast which is in the picture and that is on you tube. for 3 nights staying in this hotel we always found small cockroaches in the room. this hotel seldom do pets control cleanliness very less. on the 2nd day I was very disappointed to a staff hotel i forgot with her name but i remember when I told my complained about to borrow plate and spoons, she laughs, and this is not funny..! wanted to borrow plates and spoons because they could not borrow a plate with a spoon. and I was very surprised if I wanted to use their 100-bath charge plate.

It was not what seen in the picture given.
My room air-con wasn't working, told the staff about and she came to see and adjust something and said after 10mins the air-con will come. Ask for a change of room but not available at that moment, didn't come to us about changing of room.
Toilet was dirty and saw small cockroaches running around.
Room was dusty and mosquito flying everywhere.
The entire room together with the toilet was very smelly.
I was not in the mood to take pictures.

This hotel is terrible every single way breakfast sucks there's nothing to eat and all looks terrible and tastes even worse !!!
My room was very dirty a stinks not to mention bathroom stink with urine
definitely is the worst hotel I have been in Thailand STAY AWAY
