No hair dry machine tower is very old no clean .breakfast is no cheese
La comida del restaurante estaba rica, la cama era buena y la ubicación no estaba mal.
la relación calidad precio es pésima al tratarse de un hotel de 4 estrellas. La ducha dejaba mucho que desear, estaba sucia y la habitación era bastante simple.
Estuvimos 3 noches y solo una de ellas solicitamos que nos limpiaran la habitación, ya que sin querer ensuciamos las sábanas. Nuestra sorpresa fue que no cambiaron las sábanas, simplemente hicieron la cama.
El trato de los trabajadores del hotel fue bueno excepto el de la mujer del spa, que se limitó a reírse en mi cara en vez de ayudarme, ofreciéndome un masaje entre carcajadas cuando accidentalmente se me cayó el móvil a la piscina. Suelo quedarme en hoteles de 4 y 5 estrellas y ese trato no lo he recibido en mi vida. Sinceramente no creo que fuera el lugar ni el momento de reírse cuando a un cliente le ocurren este tipo de cosas. Nadie se ofreció a ayudarme.

My second time staying in this hotel because of a training. Staff are friendly and helpful. Food is good. Rooms are quiet.

“I stayed at this hotel approximately nine months ago and was looking forward to meeting some of the staff members I had interacted with during my previous visit. However, I was informed that they are no longer working at the hotel, which was disappointing to hear. It is quite noticeable that the staff seem to change frequently with each visit.
As a returning guest, I believe guest loyalty and staff retention are important factors in creating memorable experiences. Management may wish to review employee retention strategies and place greater emphasis on recognizing and prioritizing repeat guests. Building long-term relationships between staff and returning guests can enhance guest satisfaction, strengthen loyalty, and contribute positively to the hotel’s reputation.
We had a really great stay at Crystal Kuta Hotel. The staff were friendly and welcoming, the rooms were clean and comfortable, and the location was super convenient for getting around Kuta. The pool area was relaxing and breakfast had plenty of options each morning. Overall, really good value for money and we’d happily stay here again on another Bali trip.

Het zwembad was heerlijk, en schoon. Heel sfeervol met al het groen. De bar was in de buurt voor een lekker drankje. Met 20 minuten zaten we op het vliegveld. Het hotel was centraal gelegen in Kuta, dus je kon alle kanten op.
De hotelkamer had wel wat onderhoud nodig, met name de badkamer. En ik vond het ook niet heel erg schoon, maar we waren daar een paar nachten en dat was voldoende. Het westerse ontbijt vond ik wel karig.
Personal ist Super freundlich.

Zimmer sind schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen.
Frühstücksbuffet für diesen Preis okay.
Manche Zimmer liegen an der Hauptstraße, deshalb Lärm im Zimmer unvermeidlich. Eventuell auf Zimmer im Innenhof bestehen!
