I would go back if I had too
Pros:

The pool and restaurant look exactly like on the pictures. My room on the 3rd floor was okish, bathroom was old mouldy and not exactly clean as I found someone’s eyelash.

Pros:

We came to Bali for our honeymoon and we decided to stay at CrystalKuta because it was close to the airport and we needed to relax after a lot of travelling. The service was wonderful, thd staff are all friendly and greet you with a polite hello and a smile, breakfast was delicious, beds were comfy, room was spotless and we had a lovely couples massage while we stayed. We also had a nice cake when we arrived which was a really nice touch.
Thank you for a lovely stay we would happily stay again.

Beautiful breakfast buffet, lovely staff and loved the gym and pool.
Pros:

Loved the lobby, restaurant and cafe. The pool was nice and cool.

Cons:

Bathroom was slightly small, but we made do as it was a short stay this didn’t bother us too much

Easy, comfortable, good value for money.
Pros:

The location, the warm welcome, the food, the room.

Cons:

Walls are quite thin, could hear quiet conversations next door and in the hallway. Didn’t ruin my stay, but could be quite inconvenient when trying to sleep.

Pros:

Lovely room, incredible breakfast!

Cons:

The hotel is on the main road, there's a corner shop and McDonalds across the road, but going there by foot is very hard. It would take us a while but we managed.
