Pros:

Not Worth the Price – Poor Management

We stayed at this hotel for 6 nights from 7th to 13th March. The location is in front of heavy traffic, so it’s convenient only if you need a hotel near the airport. Not suitable for holidays or relaxing stays.

The reception team was welcoming and friendly, which was a positive start. Upon check-in, the room was clean and in good condition. However, everyday cleaning was poor — it was obvious that the room was not well cleaned, and even water bottles were not replaced. In hindsight, booking more than one day was a mistake; this hotel is only suitable for a maximum of one night near the airport.

The room door lock was very difficult to use — we had to try the swipe card multiple times every time, showing that the system is old and unreliable.

The hotel charges high rates (we paid 500k for one night), which is not worth it considering the service and facilities. The morning breakfast hot dishes were always cold and lacked taste.

We also requested a late checkout at 5:30 pm on our last day due to our flight. The staff asked for an additional 250k, which we accepted. However, when we returned around 4:30 pm, we couldn’t access our room. Reception said “someone is coming to open it” — this wasted our time and showed that the system was not properly updated for late checkout.

Pros:

Great pool, comfy rooms, buffet breakfast had lots of options. Cafe attached which was nice.

Cons:

Very busy road to cross to get anywhere but hotel staff helped us on the way out.
