Ok for a quick stay
Pros:

The pool was lovely and the breakfast was very nice, had a good range and some slight changes each day to keep it interesting. The location was good, not to far from airport and a few good shopping areas including a large mall and other shops in walking distance. The meals at the restaurant were nice and well priced. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

Cons:

There were a few maintenance issues, from the moment we arrived the sink was leaking and the pressure in the shower was not consistent it ranged from good to weak several times in the course of a quick shower. Unfortunately having to use our key card for power ment that we could not leave things to charge in the room while down for breakfast or a swim which was a bit frustrating and the air con went off when you left the room. The bed was also very hard and that was not good for us.

الفندق تعبان و ريحته خامه و التكييف. الله يستر منه و الحمامات الله يستر. سأل عنه قالو الغرف الأفضل ف الطابق الخامس و اصريت احصل غرفه ف الطابق الخامس. غير والله هي إلا السالفه سكنت يوم واحد فقط و اليوم الثاني طلعت فندق آخر

A really beautiful and cozy Hotel not far from the airport. Rooms are a bit small but due to the nice layout it was perfect with a nice view to the pool. The lighting throughout the hotel made it a very homely feeling.

Comfortable, convenient stay in a great location!
Pros:

I really enjoyed my stay here. Was originally booked for 3 nights, then added 2 more nights, and then an additional 2 final nights for a total of a week. For the added nights, I mostly worked with Suci, who allowed me to pay in cash and kept my previous rates— which I really appreciated. Thank you mbak Suci!

By far the highlight here was the breakfast and the pool. Breakfast was buffet style and had a mix of western and Asian cuisines, including an egg station. Their juices and fruit are peak freshness. Sometimes they’ll have live musicians there playing traditional music. As far as the pool, the length/size of it and the number of loungers were perfect. 👌 They also have spa services, a gym, and even a karaoke room! I didn’t use them, but will definitely be coming back here when I’m in Bali so maybe next time.

Location was also pretty ideal. I got all my necessities at Nirmala next door, which is a mini supermarket like AlfaMart. There’s also a money changer in the same plaza that had the same rates as most others I saw and wasn’t very fussy with the quality of my bills. It’s also a really short motorbike ride to central Kuta and the beach. All in all, this was a pretty perfect place to stay!

Cons:

Honestly, the housekeeping was a bit inconsistent. Sometimes I would come back and everything was spotless, and other times it would look like they only made the bed and left. One time, they took my dirty towels and didn’t leave any new ones. Personally, I feel that they’re a bit stingy with the toilet paper rolls. The first few days, they only left half or a fraction of a roll, and did not provide an extra in the bathroom. They also do not provide hair dryers or a clothes iron. Overall though, it didn’t really dampen my experience.
