Pros:

the staff are incredible! so friendly and happy, always willing to help and make sure you’re okay. The pool area is so lovely and peaceful with a really nice cafe that’s inside the hotel but accessible from the pool area. The spa is also lovely! I had a balinese massage for £10 so worth the money

Last-minute booking turned into a 5star experience

This was a last-minute booking, but the experience turned out to be amazing. I’m highly impressed with their hospitality, and the breakfast was excellent for the price. Special thanks to Adrian—he was my go-to person for understanding the new country.

Tempat nya bersih, meskipun tulisannya di aplikasi adalah harga promo.
Ada fasilitas pembersihan kamar dan penggantian handuk tiap hari kalau anda menginginkannya.
Kolam renang bersih, taman di sekitar kolam renang juga bersih dari lumut.
Tempat yang tenang dan bersih.
Sarapan Buffett yang enak.

Cons:

Kalau di aplikasi janganlah di sebut promo besar, karena saya kaget yang ternyata fasilitasnya tidak seperti kamar hotel bintang 4 reguler. Tapi sebenarnya itu adalah kamar basic yang hanya ada handuk mandi, tanpa hair dryer, tanpa handuk wajah dan tanpa handuk tangan, dan jadi memang sudah harganya.
Meskipun hanya beberapa bagian kecil yang kurang, tapi saya segera menyadari kalau saya membayar lebih murah karena promo.

Excellent value for money!
Pros:

We had a really pleasant short stay at Crystalkuta. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming from the moment we arrived, which made a big difference after a long trip. The pool looked fantastic, definitely tempting, even though we didn’t have much time to use it. We only booked the room to freshen up, have a shower, and get a few hours of rest before our flight home, and it was perfect for exactly that. Clean, comfortable, and hassle-free. Overall, it was excellent value for money and we’d happily stay again.

Pros:

The value for money was very good. The food in the restaurant was delicious. The room itself was nice, and the bed was comfortable. The whole hotel has a great atmosphere. The only downside is that the bathroom is really outdated and feel unclean!

The shower feels very unclean!
The condition of the bathroom desn’t match the standard of the room!
