Staff decisamente non all'altezza

Pulizia della camera,posizione con l'aereoporto

Cons:

Camera estremamente rumorosa: impossibile dormire. Inaccettabile per una struttura di questo livello.

Lo staff è apparso impreparato anche nelle richieste più banali: la mia compagna aveva una ferita alla gamba e non erano disponibili nemmeno delle semplici garze. Il kit di primo soccorso, pur presente, era praticamente vuoto. Assistenza decisamente insufficiente.

Anche il transfer è stato gestito malissimo: proposto a 150k e accettato nonostante il prezzo, ci è stato poi detto che alle 7:30 non era disponibile. Nessuno si è nemmeno preoccupato di chiamare un taxi: abbiamo dovuto farlo autonomamente, pagandolo 39k.

Nel complesso, esperienza negativa. La struttura può anche essere bella, ma rumore, scarsa assistenza e totale disorganizzazione del personale la rendono un posto che non ci sentiamo di consigliare.

Ich bewerte das Hotel als Hotel für eine Nacht in der Nähe des Flughafens auf der Durchreise. Ein Hotel, um länger hierzubleiben, ist es für uns definitiv nicht.
Zimmer ausreichend groß, Betten bequem. Wasser warm, Wasserdruck ausreichend. Mitarbeiter sehr freundlich. Innenhof mit Pool sehr schön. Frühstück gut und bei uns wurde auch ständig nachgefüllt. Unser Gepäck konnten wir im Hotel lassen bis wir zum Flughafen mussten. Der Weg zum Flughafen ist kurz. Fazit: für ein Hotel auf der Durchreise für eine Nacht super.

Cons:

Die Straße ist wahnsinnig laut. Unsere Zimmer lagen zum Pool, die Türen Richtung Straße. Schlafen ging nur mit Ohropax. Überqueren der Straße geht nur mit Hilfe des Security Mannes, sonst lebensgefährlich.

My stay was good comfortable.

I didn’t like where the property was located there was not much walking distance shop around. And it’s along a busy highway

Great place and excellent location - recommend
Pros:

The location is very useful, 12 minutes away from the airport.
The restaurant offers full bar and meals all day long
There also is an in house bakery and cafe.
The personnel clean the rooms on a daily basis so there's no problem with the cleanliness
The pool is very nice, and the hotel personnel although seem a bit formal, do their absolute best to help you out, should you need it.
There is also a spa with decent prices for massage and everything you need.
One piece of advice, if you arrive in a rented car you definitely need to reserve a parking spot because parking in the area is almost impossible.

Cons:

Laundry service is a bit slow, but they do mention that it takes 24 hours, that would be the only downside to me.
