Very nice hotel
Pros:

Comfortable bed, great shower and toiletries, quiet and safe

Cons:

The manager (think he was) was unaware for several minutes that I was waiting at reception while he discussed staff rosters with the staff. I was surprised at his lack of customer awareness and he didn’t even apologise

Great stay in nice part of London
Pros:

Location, excellent breakfast included (with cold and hot options), and room was cozy if not big for three of us (couple and teenage son). Very close to Tube stop, many shops and restaurants nearby, and the Marks & Spencer mini grocery right by the hotel came in super handy! Also, we appreciated the city bike rental station that was close by too for tooling around the area.

Cons:

Our room on ground floor had big bay windows and with the sheer inner curtain drawn people could still look into the room.

Pros:

La posizione, alcuni dettagli come l accapatoio, le pantofoline, l area caffe in stanza, il fatto che la colazione fosse fatta al monento e poco al buffet.

Cons:

All arrivo mi e' srata sata una stanza al basement ( level -1). E senza finestra nonostante abbia pagato full rate.per una sranza stabza Ho dovuto richiedere con molta forza di cambiare il 2 giorno. La seconda stanza era ok ma la pulizia era non accurata

que nos metieron en la planta baja sin luz natural, el aire acondicionado hacia ruidos extraños y me cobraron 50 libras que no se para que, no supieron explicarmelo y no me las han devuelto

Pros:

Очень хорошее местоположение. Рядом небольшой супермаркет, старбакс, паб, кафе, станция метро. До аэропорта без пересадки.
Приятный персонал.

Cons:

Мы бронировали номер на 10 дней. Хотелось что бы номер был не на первом этаже ( где окно выходило в колодец и открыть окно было не возможно)
В последние два дня пропала возможность регулировать кондиционер
И это создавала не удобство. Кондиционер работал шумно.
