As I usually book the cheapest accomadation I can find, I have never experienced anything as grand.
Pros:

The greeting on arrival. How clean and presentable the hotel was. I searched for the cheapest hotel in London - this was it - we were completely blown away. The extremely comfortable bed. The lavish cooked breakfast. Everything appeared so relaxed but I know the only way to get to this level of excellence is by having a very hard working crew.
The friendliness of all staff members that we encountered.

The staff were lovely, the bed was very comfortable, I was dissapointed we didn't get a room with a window as had requested one and thought room was a bit claustrophobic

A fair stay!
Pros:

The hotel is well maintained, rooms are big, bathrooms beautiful and new, breakfast is good. The morning waiter Shanel made a big difference in our stay, she’s great !

Cons:

We asked for a cot in our room 3 weeks before our stay and when we got there, no cot. The “system” wasn’t working and the receptionist was not very helpful or kind, but things got better the following days.
