Sono arrivato perso le 00,45 di notte è non c'era nessuno nella hall, dopo più di venti minuti è arrivato il portiere.
Mi hanno dato una stanza al 5° piano e l'ascensore arrivava al 4° piano ho dovuto porta le valige su una scala rigida da solo.
The location is perfect, 3 minutes away from the metro station. We had everything we needed there. The breakfast was great and the stuff very friendly and helpful.

The Hotel and staff were great especially a great location. Very comfotable beds and an amazing breakfast!! Very good value for money! Will defo book again 😄
It was very unfortunate that our room was not ready at check in or an hour later. A complimentary coffee or drink would of been a nice touch. We had a show at 6 pm and luckily my daughter had a room next door and weirdly her room was ready so we got ready in there!!

The room was in the basement with heating on full and couldn’t be turned down, the bathroom was grubby. They charged my credit card for the room when it was paid for in full prior to the visit, it took 4 days of phoning before I got a refund
The reception staff went out of their way to assist me with a medical issue. I am grateful for their professionalism and they went above and beyond to support me in my predicament. Thank you very much.

Hotel muito bem localizado, perto do metrô. Equipe educada e atenciosa. Café da manhã maravilhoso, vale muito a pena.
O quarto é um pouco pequeno, mas nada que atrapalhea estadia.

Great location v close to Earl’s Court tube - easy to get into the centre of London & equally easy to get to Heathrow. Quiet street, good breakfast.
Roger, the breakfast assistant was fabulous. He was super happy and very engaging with everyone. He is truly the meaning of customer service and whilst his colleagues may have taken time to chat to each other, Roger’s attention was all on the customers and his care and positivity is so lovely to see. He made me happy to go down for breakfast.
