not recommended for solo female travelers - otherwise clean rooms, great location
Pros:

The location was amazing and room was clean.

Cons:

I got really awkwardly corned by the luggage porter in the elevator. He made some jokes about whether I understood bad words/dirty talk, then followed me into the hotel room to turn on the AC. I felt so uncomfortable with the interaction, I actually checked out a few hours later and canceled the rest of my stay there. Would not recommend coming here as a solo female traveler.

Pros:

Very good location and value for money. Cot very good for our baby.

Cons:

Little dates and stairs up to hotel which we weren’t aware of when booking as travelling with a pram however lift inside. Some city noise at night but to be expected.

快適だった。
Pros:

フロントスタッフの対応がとても良かった。
海外で不安だったが非常に助かった。
またフロントでホテルから空港まで行くためのタクシーを呼んでもらったが、値段がとても安くて良かった。

Cons:

朝ごはんが7時からなので、仕事の開始が早い時は食べれない時がある。

最高でした。
Pros:

スタッフがとても親切でした。
私の顔と名前を覚えてくれて、会うたびに私の国の言葉で挨拶をしてくれました。
1人旅行で何もわからない土地でしたが、それだけでとても嬉しかったです。
それから価格も同じ地域に比べるととてもリーズナブルです。
リーズナブルだからと言ってダメなところがあるということはないです。

Cons:

危険なことは何もありませんでしたが、強いていうならドアが少し頼りなく、セキュリティ面をすごく気にする人には向かないと思います。

Cons:

Очень обветшалый норм. Звукоизоляция плохая. При использовании ванной на пол протекла вода не понятно откуда. Пожаловались персоналу, они не отреагировали.

Great location
Pros:

Great location for main tourist sites. Breakfast preordered day before and perfectly adequate. Bottled water provided daily in room. We liked the style of furnishings - suited the property.

Cons:

No soap/handwash although there was shampoo and shower gel and other items provided
No tea/coffee in room although there was a kettle

Great value for an introduction to Saigon
Pros:

Great location for the Jade Pagoda and for Book Street. The staff were friendly and enthusiastic. Beds were comfortable, room was clean and spacious, and aircon worked very well. We really enjoyed the tasty breakfast, which is ordered the night before. We had the Asian cooked meal options and they were delicious, especially the pork chop.

Cons:

As a small improvement we would have preferred to be offered more drinks at breakfast, even with an additional charge. The coffee was delicious and I wanted more! While they gave us many supplies in the bathroom, we would have appreciated conditioner as well as shampoo.
