The hotel was clean. The room as clean and accommodating.

The desk staff had a "please don't bother me" attitude. On our day of checkout, the guy working the desk didn't even acknowledge us or ask us "how can I help you" when we approached the desk to check out. He just looked at us and stared with a look that was interpreted as saying "what do you want and why are you bothering me?!?", waiting for us to talk first. The girls on the night before were the same .... they never said "can I help you" or any thing to me or my daughter .... just looked up and waited for us to speak first. They don't dress very professional as well. Jeans and a hoody??? I expect more from Hilton. The only employee who acted like a Hilton type employee - who showed any respect and training skills - was the bartender, who also was the waitress the next morning at breakfast. She did her job well, and with kindness and respect. I left with this feeling - all these people are college students who have better places to be and can't wait until their shift is done! Hilton is NOT well represented with these workers.

Clean, nice staffpeople, but falling short on the simpler amenities as noted above.

Cons:

1) I have come to expect a free continental breakfast at hotels, but there was non free cont breakfast here. 2) I have also come to expect the room will be furnished with coffee containers for my use of the Keurig in the room; but my room had no caffeainated coffees, only had 3 teas and 1 decaf container; when I went to the front desk to ask for a couple of caffeinated containers, the clerk had a difficult time finding any in her box of extras, and she commented that that was probably because so many other people had come to her asking for caffeinated coffee containers ... I would think that sending someone to buy a box of keurigs would be no big deal. 3) The television was disappointing, offering 'extra' things like Netflix, but not basic things (as far as I could tell) like CNN, ESPN, PBS, ABC, etc ...
