Staff was so friendly and kind.
The cost was about 3x normal price because it was graduation weekend at U of Michigan
The location of this property is awesome and my kid loves the pool here. Digital check in was a breeze and you can even pick your room day before check in.
Food at the hotel was abhorrent. They gave my child warmed up macaroni salad as Mac n cheese and the pizza was burnt so bad it stunk up the room when we opened the box. Service was great, I don’t know what’s going on with the cooks there.
The bedrooms were clean , the pool area is amazing for little ones and the staff are always so friendly and nice.
I felt the dinner food offered at their restaurant was way over priced and not the best.
We had a total of 3 large family’s that stayed. 13 of us total with kids. And not one person cared for the food.
they offer candy, chips , soda ect for snacks if wanted during your stay and the prices are tripled Not worth it.

The hotel was clean. The room as clean and accommodating.
The desk staff had a "please don't bother me" attitude. On our day of checkout, the guy working the desk didn't even acknowledge us or ask us "how can I help you" when we approached the desk to check out. He just looked at us and stared with a look that was interpreted as saying "what do you want and why are you bothering me?!?", waiting for us to talk first. The girls on the night before were the same .... they never said "can I help you" or any thing to me or my daughter .... just looked up and waited for us to speak first. They don't dress very professional as well. Jeans and a hoody??? I expect more from Hilton. The only employee who acted like a Hilton type employee - who showed any respect and training skills - was the bartender, who also was the waitress the next morning at breakfast. She did her job well, and with kindness and respect. I left with this feeling - all these people are college students who have better places to be and can't wait until their shift is done! Hilton is NOT well represented with these workers.

Treated very rude. $23 is too expensive for hotel breakfast.
