Very nice staff. Rooms are always very good.
It was very close to some shopping malls, however I did not go out as the hotel was so comfortable and quiet. The staff were amazing and friendly most especially Amchal on check out., she was so friendly and a pleasure to see early 5.40am before checking out.Hamsh was so helpful getting to the taxi. Would highly recommend this hotel for any type of travel.

Hotel is in Aerocity, very good location. It is clean, restaurant staff is friendly, but front desk made accounting errors both times I stayed in the hotel. Spa front desk staff is very Indian in its demeanor, when the clientele is international, learn from good hotels like Holiday Inn, Marriott, Aloft. Wifi had limitations, not disclosed during reservation.
Hotel staff in general needs to become more professional from international service perspective, had accounting/billing errors at front desk, general demeanor at Spa front desk very Indian. Has basics, but has wifi limitations. Is clean, restaurant staff friendly and service oriented.
The room was comfortable with a nice shower, lotion, tea and coffee, a fridge. I had a refreshing dip in the pool. The food in the two restaurants was good but the service was lacking, slow in one and sitting us at an unclean table for breakfast in the other. What we especially liked was we were able to stay in the room past check out time for a small fee. Much nicer than waiting in the lobby or at the airport.

The front desk and housekeeping staff really helped us today. As we were going through the security at the airport, my daughter realized she left her laptop in the room. After several calls, Lemon Tree delivered it to us at Terminal 1. They really saved us. Also the fitness room is very good!
