Friendly staff.
Pros:

Very nice hotel in a very good location. Very nice food and excellent service with exceptional staff, especially Kawaljeet in Citrus Cafe, very nice person always attentive and helpful. Room service was excellent, very clean and Daisy & Chottu even helped us with our luggage while doing check out. The receptionist Anjali was very fast & cordial with us doing the check-in.

There are no faults in this hotel.

Personeel heel vriendelijk enkel aan de receptie zijn ze helemaal niet klantgericht
Totaal geen oogcontact wat onaangen aanvoelde. De rest was dan weer heel vriendelijk

Krijgen een kamer van 2 met bij zet bed .geen plaats om de bagage open te doen . Zou niet mogen voor zo een hotel

Regretable stay.
Pros:

Paid for twin occupants but they kept amenities in the room for only one guest. The bed was also queen size bed. The staff at the front desk too were kind of aloof to customers and looked poorly trained for hospitality business. Overpriced hotel with poor service. There are plenty of other good options to select in Aerocity area of Delhi airport.
