Pros:

l'hotel est vieux, sombre les chambres sont petites pour le prix demandé, je m'attendait en payant plus de 9000 $ pour 7 nuits à avoir une chambre luxeuse et spacieuse. Le petit déjeuner est passable mais rien d'exceptionnel. Très déçu.
j'ai été un jour au Hyatt de Boston qui est splendide et beaucoup moins cher

Great stay and staff was super friendly
Pros:

Great stay at Hyatt Union Square! We got surprised with a free room upgrade, which made the experience even better. Alejandro from the team was especially friendly and welcoming. His service really stood out. Would definitely stay again!

Fantastic June Visit
Pros:

Great service from Chris at the bar, Alejandro setting me up with a car service and they accommodated my request for a late check out. And I liked the mattress so I slept well too. Good location with easy access to subway and restaurants/bars.

Alejandro is an added bonus at the Hyatt
Pros:

We had the best experience at the Hyatt Union Square. We were greeted by Alejandro who opened the doors and instantly took our luggage. His smiling face greeted us throughout the night until we arrived back very late. The very next morning, bright and early Alejandro helped us get our morning started. Exceptional experience and he made it extra special. Please take care of him if you see him. He expects nothing, but was beyond grateful.

Perfect choice for NYU/Village/Union Square visit

Loved our experience at the Hyatt Union Square. We switched to the Hyatt after a rough night at a “boutique” hotel in the Village. I am so glad we did! Paid for a terrace room and it was the best decision we made the whole trip. Enjoyed breakfast room service and take away tacos on our outdoor space. The weather was perfect! We loved the room too. The cork wall and noise machine helped neutralize any city or hotel sounds. The bed was exceedingly comfortable as were the pillows and comforter. Loads of plugs and connectivity. A full size closet, safe and ironing board. The shower was roomy and the water was hot. The hardwood floors were spotless as were the carpets in the hallway. The entire hotel smelled fresh and clean and the staff was super helpful and friendly. The only downside I saw with the whole experience was the bathroom set up. It’s very open. I wouldn’t pick a king room unless you know the person you are traveling with well enough to have them have the ability to see you getting in and out of the shower and getting dressed. Other than that, it was a great experience and we will definitely be back!

The room is great. The customer service abysmal.
Pros:

We arrived about 8 pm on June 1. We attempted to check in. The white lady stood on her tiptoes and snootily stated that the hotel was experiencing technical difficulties and that she couldn't check us in. I asked what we should do. She told us to go sit over there.

We explained this was unacceptable. Then she asked if we had digitally checked in. We had and she then got us our keys. This should have been her first option rather than telling us to go sit down.

The room was comfortable and pleasant to stay in.

It was a Business trip for 44 days so we got to know everyone
Pros:

Most of your staff were very professional. At the front desk Michelle was great an asset to your Hotel. Very helpful and ALWAYS pleasant ! Also at your front door was Jeff and Alejandro who just couldn’t do enuff to help us!! True professionals . The Director Abraham was also Very professional and extremely helpful
