At front desk was well done concept and nice

Excellent place to reside.Right in the business hub.Good facilities.Akash in particular is very helpful. The ambience was amazing.The cleaning staff were very good too.Top notch facilities. Even the menu is full of variety and reasonable rates too.

This hotel is very dirty and the furniture was old. The pillows are so uncomfortable

I am absolutely disgusted at the way I have just been treated like a criminal in the Goodfellows bar in the hotel by the Bar Staff. Earlier this evening I ordered a whiskey and ginger ale. Before I had finished I asked for a Stella Artois. After finishing my Whisky I tasted the Stella. It tasted and smelled very 'off'. The bar man that had served me was not there and so I asked another member of the staff to bring me the bill and to remove the Stella which I handed back to them.

I went out of the hotel for a short time and returned about 2 hours later. Following the experience with the Draft beer I asked for a bottle of Peroni. The bar man refused and said that I had not paid for the Stella from earlier. I immediately recognised he was not aware and so explained what had happened. The member of staff who I had returned the beer to earlier then became involved and explained to the barman what had happened. I then noticed the beer I had sent back was still sitting behind the bar. I asked the bar man to smell it and tell me what he thought. He agreed it was not right but still refused to serve me the bottle.

I complained to the Manager who tried to clear up the matter. Both people were Indian and conversed in their own language rather than the English that is the Business Language in Dubai. I asked both to speak in English so I could follow the conversation. The Manager then told him to serve me. By this time I did not want a drink and certainly did not want to stay in either the bar or the hotel. At this point I told the barman to stick his beer and that I was disgusted how I had been treated as a criminal.

Do not stay in this complete hellhole. Do yourself a favour and enjoy the beautiful city that Dubai is but do not stay anywhere that is run by this disgaceful team of unprofessionals.

I liked the room where I stayed) . So clean and nice

One of my friend was out because he asked the manager to get somebody to get the floor cleaned, floor was sleeper that is the reson why he asked the manager, we were 12 and still this is what the service they gave us

Pool isn’t working due to maintenance.
Room was good, beds were comfortable.
Cleaning crew was super nice and friendly.
It’s a very good option for staying in Dubai.

Very good services from the staff and especially Emilyn from the sports bar goodfellas very helpful and attentive .
I would visit again and also recommend . The meal there is to try and the best part is the hospitality they provide.

I had a bad experience honestly, the room was not very clean (the carpet was literally wet when i took the room and it was wet almost for 30 hours of my stay) , the hotel is old and need renovation, it is actually going through renovation and that really killed the experience, no pool, no sauna or steam, you hear the maintenance noise while in the room, the lobby itself is under maintenance 😅 you sit in the kobby and you find people changing the roof and wall paint you, the cafe r3sto in the kobby is not functioning also under renovation. Honestly the price was lower than average, but if they told me its going renovation and there is nonaccess to pool, i defenitly wouldn't choose to take it, ive been mislead, i believe they are obliged to explicitly say that they are going to do maintenance and its defenitly not accepted that i was not informed when i reserved a d paid online.

What a horrible experience I had at this hotel by the receptionist Ocha. She refused to refund my booking because I booked on the 19th and I was trying to check in at 2 AM. Yet, I paid for a new booking on the spot for the 18th and still, was not refunded for the 19th. She promised me that the manager of the hotel will contact me to rectify the situation but, no one did. I would advise everyone not to stay at this rude hotel at all.

Nichar is amazing houskerping supervisor. He helped to us and was very polite. Hotel very comfy as well. It was already our second visit and we really like this place. The hotel evry clean. Also there are some restaurants in this place which are really incredible.

It is a very good choice while visiting Dubai. The location is very convenient. The rooms are spacious with all good views and good aminities. I enjoyed the stay here. The check in was very quick and the staff were very cordial. The best part of my stay here is the good restaurants in this hotel. Had good Asian buffet for a very cheap price. Room service was good. The staff were very understanding and polite. Another best point is the super markets around this hotel which are in walkable distance. I strongly recommend this hotel.
