Bathroom was not very clean. Under sink was dust and wrappers and toilet had a ring.

Cons:

If attendent new how to fill coffee beans in the machine. Oh...Pool couldn't be used. It was way to HOT. Reported it to the front desk. I always book for the pool. Disappointing!

It was a perfect location for our needs... attending a concert at the CMAC. It was 5 minutes away.
Pros:

Clean, modern facilities. Very good breakfast. Attentive staff.

It is a stand alone property in a strip mall-type area.

Pros:

Very close to CMAC and restaurants and shopping.

Cons:

The bathroom in Room 216 was kinda gross. It was a handicap bathroom but the seat and under it was all rusty. If I was a handicap person I would not want to shower in it. It definitely needs some TLC. The rest of the room was fine.

Location was fantastic. Very close to CMAC

Cons:

Our room smelled like cigarette smoke. We did tell the front desk. As a non smoker it was really bad. The hotel was sold out so I knew we wouldn’t get a different room. I probably wouldn’t stay there again.

We came for the Ella Langley concert because it was close to the venue. Our stay was very nice!

Convenient stay at a good value. Staffing could be better.
Pros:

Good location. Quiet.

Cons:

Seemed a bit understaffed. No one was ever at front desk when we had requests. When staff would come out after I had to raise my voice, the attitude was unpleasant. Not great for customer service.

Pros:

We have stayed here before when seeing a concert. About a 20-25 minute walk to CMAC. Friendly staff and room is always very clean and in general they keep this hotel well updated. Breakfast was good. We will stay again!
