Nice place, well maintained
Staff. Found them unprofessional and slow with their work.
We had a wonderful stay at the hotel. Hospitality, comfort and ambience all were excellent. The buffet breakfast was very good with a variety of dishes to choose from. Lovely live bansuri to begin your day. Really calming and nice.
Deepak, Anjali, Mokum were excellent in housekeeping . It was a pleasure to come back to the room every day. They also were amazing in finding my silver bracelet which i had lost.

We would like to sincerely thank the staff of Taj City Centre Gurugram for making our stay comfortable and memorable. The staff were consistently courteous, warm, and helpful throughout our visit.
A special mention to the High Lounge team, especially Saniya and Shreyansh, for their warm and friendly hospitality. We also truly appreciated the attentive and helpful service from the Culina staff, particularly Devendra and Lakshaya.
