From the moment I arrived, I felt welcomed — with a traditional garland and teeka 🌸🙏 — followed by a lovely surprise: an upgrade to a pool-facing room. 🏊♀️💙
But the highlight of my evening came at Tease. 🎶💃
One of the reasons I particularly wanted to stay here was to spend some time at the lounge and enjoy the music. Unfortunately, the regular DJ was on leave that evening.
I thought, Okay… perhaps no DJ tonight.
But what happened next genuinely surprised me. ❤️
The Guest Relations Executive understood how much I had been looking forward to it and arranged for an in-house DJ, who was handling another event, to specially come over on my request and play some lovely numbers. 🎧🎶
Was it something they had to do? Not at all.
And perhaps that's exactly why the gesture meant so much.
I was delighted, amused and, yes, a little flattered! 😊❤️ It's these unexpected gestures that can completely change a guest's experience.
And to top it all, discovering a Jacuzzi in the bathing area was another little luxury that I thoroughly enjoyed. 🛁✨

Saturday night extravaganza buffet was ruined by amplified musician’s amplification being too loud t speak to your neighbors or enjoy excellent food. I left rather than eat delicious food that was on my plate. This was my 4th visit to the Taj and I hope my next visit in September will not be ruined by loud noise instead of beautiful MUSIC.
