Location and comfort. Amazing Thai restaurant
Останавливаюсь здесь уже не в первый раз, всё как всегда на высоте! Персонал ответственнен и компетентен, всегда готов помочь в решении любых вопросов. Отличная звукоизоляция в номере, уборка каждый день, всегда свежее постельное белье, удобные для сна матрас, подушки и одеяло. Особо отмечу работу климат-системы в номере, выставил температуру, поставил режим "Auto" и точно ночью не заболеешь от холода из кондиционера. По питанию, брал завтраки, и с завтрака не хочется уходить, отличный апельсиновый фреш, множество готовых блюд(veg, non veg) , что-то готовят на заказ, выбор большой и полноценный. Есть открытый бассейн, шезлонги, можно порелаксировать. Рядом станция метро, с такси нет никаких проблем. Недалеко(15 мин на такси) променад-зона с кафе и ресторанами "Cyber Hub", также можно устроить шопинг в отличном ТЦ "Ambience Mall", он тоже в этом районе.
На мой взгляд стоимость на блюда в меню ресторана очень высокая, но отель пять звезд, это наверное нормально.

The room was good and clean. The consigliere service was impeccable and the staff friendly. The driver services were excellent and easy to book. The hotel was safe.The lounge service was very good and the food was delicious.
Despite the reservation, the room was not located on the lounge floors, but on the lowest floor. The pool beds were covered in bird droppings. In addition, the food service at Culina44 was really variable. Sometimes the service was impeccable, but it also happened that we did not receive our orders.

Definitely not a 5 stsr by a long run. Their staff needs better training. Too many scheduled caste working here
The housekeeping staff were very good and didd everything toymaker our stay comfortable.

Hotel charged double amount on my Credit Card, which I have to claim now. Hotel didn´t informed and didn´t issued corresponding invoices. Minor Topics: Drain in bathroom blocked and therefore bathroom was flooded. Hair dryer didn´t work
I liked everything about the Taj. The food, service of staff and the room was outstanding.
