Friendly and helpful stahh behind the counter.
Dusty in room along ledges. Floor corners in bathroom dirty. Lousy bkfst.....not hot bkfst. Covington is gone, so restore the normal perks for a first class motel.

I think you could do different arrangements with the bed to make the room look bigger very tight inside
Paying so much extra for pet
It was close to everything.
The upkeep needed some attention. Paint peeling, broken granite in the bathroom, and the tile needed a good scrubbing.
That it was in the middle of restaurants so didn’t have to travel far for food
It was filthy. The inside, the outside. The tub literally had a brown film all over it. It had a musty smell. It was disgustingly.
Location, Staff members all were polite and helpful. Rooms and lobby were always cleaned
DORM ROOM REFRIGERATORS! That cannot hold anything in them or keep cold. Get some Mid size Refrigerators with at least a small freezer. Or Get a ICE machine so we can keep food cold in our coolers.
It was clean and comfortable.
I jumped in the shower and when I was ready to get out, I realized there weren't any towels. Just two hand towels. Luckily I'm a small person, so I survived. When I went downstairs to checkout and tell them, I couldn't find anyone. Just hope I don't get charged for missing towels and washcloths.
