הכי גרוע שהייתי.

קודם כל אני יתחיל שאני ביקשתי לשנות את ההזמנה לשתי אנשים לא היה שום מענה מצד המלון.
וכאשר דיברתי איתכם אמרת לי לדבר איתם כאשר הגעתי למלון ביקשתי לשנות ואמרנו לי שצריך לדבר עם בוקינג ואני עשיתי את זה וכל אחד העביר את האחריות למישהו אחר. בנוסף המלון היה בשכונה נורא מפחידה בירושלים היינו שתי בנות ואנחנו פשוט החזרנו את החדר חמד דקות אחרי שעשינו ציק אין. אני ישמח להתחשבות בסיטואציה ושמישהו מצידכם יתקשר אליי בהקדם
