אכזבה גדולה

המזגנים בחדרים חלשים ולא מקררים
אין ערוצי טלוויזיה בעברית כלל!!!
לא יכולנו לנהל שיח נורמלי עם המנהל/ או פקידת הקבלה כי הם לא דיברו עברית והאנגלית שלהם הייתה מאוד לא רהוטה וברורה כל שלא הצלחנו לקבל מהם שירות
הבת שלי נתקעה בשירותים למשך חצי שעה כי הידית במקלחת הייתה מפוקרת. לקח זמן עד שהצליחו לחלץ אותה.
כשביקשנו לעזוב הפקידה אמרה לנו שאנחנו יכולים ללכת

اول شيئ لا يوجد موقف سيارات خاص بالفندق
الغرفة غير نظيفة وتحت السرير الكثير من الاوساخ
لا يوجد براد مع انه في غرف ثانية يوجد
في الحمام يوجد شعر على الارض
في الاستقبال كان متواجد فقط موظف واحد وبعد وقت تقريبا ساعة سلمنا مفاتيح الغرف بسبب وجود مجموعات سياحة ولا يوجد احد غيره يعمل
