eThe furniture in the room was old and a little dirty droopy looking. On checkin the people were not very friendly Asked to have clean but never did it. The exercise room was open at eight during week but when he went down it had already been open later

The gal that checked us in was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good.

Cons:

The water in bathroom sink didn't go down very well the faucet handle in tbe bathroom came off, and the safe wasn't opening for us. We brought all these things to the attention of the staff.

We stayed in the top floor which had a common room at the end of the hall that faced the river. Great views and access to bridge & stairs that went to an open air pavilion as well. Very nice! Good coffe for breakfast too!!

Pros:

Friendly staff, comfortable, clean, quiet*. We would definitely stay here again.
*Note: Train tracks run close to the hotel, as it is near the Mississippi (nice view of the river from here). A couple trains went by during both nights, but didn’t make much noise and didn’t bother either of us. We were on the 4th floor, so it may have been quieter up there.

Hotel is within walking distance to casino. Has breakfast. I’m sure this lodging option will increase with the new Bally casino going in later this year. I didn’t see the item gym. But good area upstairs on 4th to hang out. View out towards the town is great. Bring ear plugs trains go through next door. No bar itionsbti have a drink but they have a tiny bar within the hotel they can serve you.

We were very pleased with our stay. Our room was very clean, the staff was fantastic, and there were plenty of choices for breakfast to start our day. Parking area is small so that can be a bit tricky, but staff is good about helping you find a place if the lot is full.
