Very nice, clean property. Spacious rooms.
Right in the heart of Telluride- close to gondola, restaurants, hikes.
Great location, great amenities, great accommodation
We stayed in Unit one zero three , so this review is specific to that unit.
The location of The Ice House condos is excellent—everything is walkable within just a few minutes, which made getting around very convenient.
However, the unit itself could really use an update. The furniture feels dated, many of the wall art pieces appear to be from the 1980s or 1990s, and the balcony chairs are inexpensive plastic ones you might find at a dollar store. Unfortunately, there was also no table on the balcony, which made it difficult to fully enjoy the space—nowhere to even set down a drink.
Also worth noting: there is no view from the balcony—just a view of trash bins and the backs of neighboring units.
On a positive note, housekeeping was excellent. The unit was very clean and quiet. The bathrooms and kitchen were in good shape, with everything working as expected.
I would consider Ice House again for a stay but would want a different unit.

This property was perfectly located. It was an easy walk to town, the gondola, and hiking trails. We were very pleased with the cleanliness and layout of the rooms. I have this starred as a favorite.
Love everything about Ice House. Doug is was greatest helping us checking in and finding the exact fit for us.
Going back again to experience Fall.
Really wonderful way to stay in Telluride
We had a wonderful time over July 4th. We enjoyed listening to the creek at night and walking everywhere in town!
The morning coffee was amazing & a welcome surprise! Also 2 bed condo even better in person than listing photos!
Beautiful property nestled between the beautiful town of Telluride. Perfect for a family of 4.
Close as you can get to the gondola. And right next to the great Telluride dining scene. Wish more resorts could provide food this good.
Beautiful spot overlooking the river and slopes. Place was super clean and in a perfect location for accessing the gondola! Also, walkable to the grocery store, shopping and restaurants.
We loved our stay at the Ice House and hope to be back soon!
Fantastic stay as always. Staff are wonderful and location can’t be beat. Parking is covered and large enough for full size suvs. One note is that not all kitchens have an oven (but they do have everything else you would need such as microwave, cooktop, Keurig, fridge/freezer, and dishwasher). Love this place.

This space had everything we needed, was very clean and was very close to the gondola as well as many great restaurants! Lots of space for my family of 4. We would definitely stay again!
The Icehouse building provided a perfect home base for our ski weekend in Telluride.

I had a hard time getting in touch with the property before checkin as they did not answer my emails and the phone number on their website is no longer a working number. They offered us a new number only after check in. Microwave, oven and stove were not easy to use. A very small kitchen more of a kitchenette. Staff was friendly and the location is very good. Close to gondola
