Swimming pool is not in usable condition....
Pros:

Restaurant should have the AC facility...

Remember this is India so you can't compare the standard with a hotel in Europe. We booked a Delux room with seaview. Accord to hotels.com should the room have, Balcony,Climate control,Coffee/tea maker,Direct-dial phone
Electronic/magnetic keys, Free Wi-Fi, Garden view, In-room safe, Minibar, Sea view, Separate sitting area, Television.
It had Balcony, Climate control, phone and TV. The bed was comfortable and the room was clean, there was hardly any water in the shower. The pool was very dirty. 5 to 6 minutes walk to the beach down a steep hill.
