I like the room was very clean and comfortable.
The Ambience and location
Language issues. Food no variety at Breakfast. Ala Carte priced high for the quality and quantity.
Waiters don't take orders properly. Very worst Housekeeping.. Loose electrical sockets, they are very stingy about toileteries and providing drinking water.
Only Operations Manager was there and he took absolutely no effort in satisfying us. For the incorrect orders prov8ded at the restaurant to the bad Housekeeping, he should have at least provided us with a Complimentary lunch or Dinner. Spent about 25K for 3 people for 2 nights with us having lunch and dinner at their restaurant as we couldn't order online.

The convenient location. Plot for car parking.
Seemed a bit old; thought it would be more neat and clean.
Everyone from the security guards to the front desk staff to the room service staff - everyone were helpful and hospitable, and made us feel like we belonged.
The lift was pretty slow and could be improved by adding another lift, or improving the touch controls

There is no sufficient lights. Staff are not friendly always suspicious with the visitors. There is no experienced staff in the dining area.
