I must say service could be much better. As a resort.\n Food very po.\n Or did not like eating at the restaurant? Eat elsewhere., the reort has great potential. But need to be looked at restaurant, bar.and other small services.

beautiful scenery. the venue was quite empty when i stayed there. gym available but equipment was a little aged. pool area was lovely. room was lovely and clean, chilly AC, but the bathroom could’ve been cleaner.

The hotel itself has huge potential but its been run down into the ground. Cleanliness being the biggest factor

Cons:

No hot water.
Very dirty and stained bed sheets , replacement sheets were just as bad.
Long hairs all over the room.
Pizza was awful , soggy and too many toppings also not cooked long enough.
TV didn't work.
Staff very slow at everything.
No toilet brush , only small roll of toilet roll.

Horrible service with facilities and management

Our family had to be moved 4 times from different rooms due to hot water issues, air conditioning issues, water leaks, water flooding in the floors. It was too much inconvenience and ongoing problems.
Manager was very nonchalant and said he would report it to his management and try to compensate us. Its been 3 months, no refunds or compensation, and no one is replying back to our emails.

Do not waste your money at this accomodation.
Pros:

Location is alright and resort is reasonable size.
Pricing is average.

Basically everything from start to end.
1. Reception Staff processed within minutes. Plus point
2. Did not mention anything about WIFi as they knew it was not working, open asking hotel staff for WiFi was advised that it has not been working past few months, if you wanting to use wifi come to main reception area.
3. Massive Pool looks amazing, last maintenance and pool treatment was done in december. No water filtering. Do not recommend anyone to go in pool at all.
4. Breakfast, charged $25 per head and you get, baked beans, toast, coffee and juice.
Requested staff for butter they advised we are out of stock. We did not continue with any breakfast from hotel even though it was fully paid for duration of stay.
5. Entertainment in room, TV does not show any channels, hotel staff advised wire must broken or damaged by pests.
6. AC and bathroom Ventilation- clogged and struggling to operate.
7. Safety???? Totally unsafe. Housekeeping staff entered the room without knocking.

Highly recommend everyone not to consider your stay at this resort, this may look amazing via photos, and they offer to give any pricing to secure booking. They do not respect or value any customer after booking is paid.

Check reviews and ask locals prior any bookings made.

Room was changed 3 times. No hot water and no wifi.
Ordered meal but was given sausage and eggs.
Rang the Manager who never replied.
The worst experience I ever had in a hotel in Fiji
The management should fully credit my account and apologize for ruining my business trip and contact with my clients.

Was ok but had issues with shower and tv.
Pros:

Pool is great for kids. Breakfast is simple but enjoyed it.

Cons:

The hot water shower had issues and cockroaches could be seen around the room. TV hardly worked.
