Very bad service and unpleasant customer service.
Pros:

Absolutely nothing.

Cons:

The place is very badly run down. The staff were very rude when you ask them a question, They just turn their back and walk away. The bar was always unattended and had to wait 10 to 15 before someone turned up.

Everything. Kitchen- basic equipments missing, no paper towel or tea towel.
Toilet and bathroom- had unpleasant smell and had frogs, shower wasnt clean
Lounge area- had cockroaches and lizards

Loved Nasau Resort ☺️
Pros:

Staff were awesome and friendly loved how quiet it was and awesome to meet locals that were there. The chef was amazing food was always on point.

Cons:

Maybe a better menu for breakfast but it was still good.

Room was clean and modern

The fitness centre had not much working equipment
The lifting pulling machine had no connection to the weights, so useless , I went for the fitness centre so false advertising

Pros:

The three bedroom villa was very spacious. The AC / hot and cold were working. Basic cooking amenties were provided. Loved the stay.

Other wise every thing was good
Pros:

HI the villas was awsome and the location was perfect with a great pool. and the view was great

Cons:

HI i didn't want to say this but on friday as we reached the villa we got in the pool and we also didn't have lunch so i sent my daughter to buy pizza and the answer was that the staff gave was that they are out of pizza so we decided to order fish and chips and the very same time a family was served with pizza

Sorry to say I stayed in room 101 the bed was full of bed bugs could not sleep whole night already complained at the reception hopefully something could be done about it
