Pros:

The staff were exceptional, very supportive, friendly and understanding.

Cons:

Issues with TVs were not addressed until tye 4th day of our stay. They helped in changing rooms.

Pros:

I liked how the property is located a little far away inland from the business district; so it was quite peaceful.

Cons:

The breakfast: no butter and very minimal in range of choices in relation to fruit, cereals and hot foods on offer: I did wonder if it were a reflection of the magnitude of traffic attracted to and by the resort.

Great staff and great location and a very quiet environment with great views

Cons:

Needs to do something with the in house restaurant service and better food since it's out of the way from other restaurants .

Cons:

We had asked for the room service when we left the property in the morning but when we came back in the evening the room was not serviced and also the aircon was not operational for 2 days we stayed there. Luckily the nights were cold.

Une prestation qui n’est pas â la hauteur du cadre !
Pros:

L’emplacement et le cadre : très bien !

Cons:

La piscine était verte, les draps sales, la chambre pas nettoyée. Impossibilité de prendre notre 2e petit déjeuner (payé d’avance) à 6h pour un départ à 6h50 de l’hôtel, malgré une ouverture annoncée la veille de 6h à 10h !
