I wouldn’t recommend because of the location & no WiFi. Nothing is close by although on the booking.
Pros:

The staff was welcoming.

No WiFi. They kept saying they will fix it but we were left without WiFi for four days!

Pros:

Reception staff were lovely and helped us relocate rooms til we were comfortable with our stay.
We stayed on the 3rd floor which was nice and quiet and away from everything. It wasn’t busy so we had the whole level to ourselves.

Cons:

We hardly saw any staff on the property besides the receptionist and the bar guy. The hotel needs a lot of maintenance. The reviews I’ve read seem to be a lot worst than what we saw so I think it’s somewhat improved. It it an empty hotel. Our room was fine. Just ants everywhere but expectable as we were in the middle of nowhere.
We didn’t get any room service and no one came to clean our room the whole 1 week we were there, so I think ALOT of the things doing and needed the guests Need to ask for which isn’t very accommodating.

We were away during most of the day so we technically just came back to sleep.
Some rooms have springy beds and some have nice comfy beds so we definitely shifted around until we found a nice comfy stay.

Pay a little more for a better cleaner experience

Cons:

That there no other guests staying at this place. The bathroom was dirty, cockroaches everywhere. I had to check my bedsheets for roaches. Although the room was large, it’s all rundown and needing maintenance.

What didn't we like about Nasau Resort?

Unfortunately, our experience at Nasau Resort came with several disappointments, particularly regarding cleanliness, customer service, and food quality.

🛏️ ROOMS & BATHROOMS — DISAPPOINTING
The rooms were dirty, the bathrooms had scum and cleanliness issues, and there were no quilts provided during our short stay. The overall hygiene standards were far below what we expected.

🏊 POOL CONDITIONS
The water in both the children's and adults' swimming pools appeared murky, which put us off using the pools altogether. This was particularly disappointing for a family getaway.

⭐ CLEANLINESS RATING: 2/10

🍹 BAR SERVICE — FRUSTRATING
We were quite annoyed with the bar service. We experienced repeated instances where we believed we were being overcharged, and the staff were slow to attend to us. I often had to look around for staff just to place an order. Guests should not have to chase staff for service or feel uncertain about their bills.

🍽️ FOOD QUALITY
Unfortunately, the food quality did not justify the prices charged. This is another area where the resort needs significant improvement.

🌴 THE POSITIVE SIDE
To be fair, Nasau Resort is a beautiful property, and our family did enjoy some peaceful rest during our short stays. The resort has potential, but the management needs to address these shortcomings if it wants to provide guests with a better overall experience.

⚠️ HOWEVER, THERE IS ANOTHER CONCERN...

Over the Fiji Day 2026 weekend, we booked accommodation at Nasau Resort for our staff and their families for two nights.

Following their stay, a few of our staff members reported what they described as paranormal experiences on the property. This incident genuinely spooked the group, and two of our staff members reportedly slept poorly following the incident. They were so unsettled that they left as soon as daylight arrived.
