- Don’t be fooled. It was way too far out of town. Most activities and tours won’t drive out that far. Can be anywhere from 15-40 min drive outside of Nadi. If you don’t have a personal vehicle you have to pay for transfers and taxis were very expensive to get in and out of the area.
- Didn’t have hot water for 2 days.
- Massive menus but limited food and beverage choices as didn’t have most of what’s in the menus.
- Shower heads were broken and had a dead cockroach in my room upon arrival.
- Had a mini shop which was the only source of water, you will have to do a shop before you stay as is so far away from the city.
- Staff were a mix of friendly and unfriendly.
- Limited options for breakfast considering it’s the only option for food.
- Broken windows so is freezing at night.
- Single warm blanket for 2 separate beds meaning one bed was left to be cold at night.
- Charging ports would shut off every 2 mins so electronics take a long time to charge

Dirty. The bed sheets were covered in brown stains, the bathroom was mouldy and overall felt very unclean. Had dinner at the restaurant and took a very long time to get a pizza. It seemed as though the staff were annoyed by our presence. There was a loud alarm that kept going off and we had to call reception at night to ask if someone could turn it off. Would not stay here again.

The service in the bar/restaurant area was terrible. The lady serving us seemed almost annoyed that I interrupted her scrolling through her phone to order food. She was not polite in any way, and a lot of the menu was not available, and the food was not of very good quality.

It was cold at night. When I rquested blankets there was only one available.
The start of our stay was good the end when the adjoining unit had guests they parked in our parking spot. Not theirs. This could have been a problem. Fortunately it wasnt. I would not have appreciated being woken early to move a car or late. I did let the front desk know (twice) but no action was taken

Room was not clean. Hot water was not working. When I checked in to my room, there was no towels, toilet papers no blankets. I had to ask for them. The location was not great as well.

Bathroom was dirty. Not cleaned properly. Aircon remote not working, staff coming and going trying to fix the remote. Was nuisance! Food wasn't good either

Breakfast was very poor, problem with locking the door to the garden meant room was essentially not locked at any point.

Fridge wasn't working

I didn’t like we arrived and there was no staff there to greet us or direct us where to go or where to park our cars. We had a large group of us checking in and we had no staff there guiding us. We waited in the foyer about 10-15 minutes until someone had arrived at the front desk and even then we were not acknowledged so we were not sure if we were at the right place so we approached her and she proceeded to check our booking with little to no communication but “yes” and head movements. We didn’t feel welcomed by the 2 ladies who were issuing us our room keys at the front desk they gave our keys never showed us any emergency exits or meeting points or any main points of the facility this we had to figure out on our own. The place itself looks nice but it was very dirty and not kept clean there were rubbish still in the rooms and outside leaves and dirts and dead cockroaches on footpath not been swept up. The Bathrooms in the 5 rooms we booked the ground was dirty and not wiped down or sanitized. We had cleaned this ourselves as most times we tried to use the phones in the rooms to phone front desk, noone would answer and 2 of our phones in the rooms didnt work. Towels were always hard to get we had to use the same towels 2-3 times in a row because they didnt have enough and were in the wash. They had a pool which had a pool bar and is advertised but the 8 days we stayed there the pool bar was never open and the first 2 days the lady at downstairs desk for food and drinks wouldnt make us any alchoholoc beverages as she stated there was no bartender there. So you could only buy the beer which was in their fridge. The lady who worked on this desk too was also very rude and lazy and almost everything you wanted to eat on their menu was not available. They had complimentary breakfast which was not tasteful and i do have concerns if the food is expired or old and leftovers. Highly recommend you buy your own food before arriving here or eating out somewhere else.
