Thank you for the complimentary breakfast, it was appreciated. However, the overall experience was disappointing due to slow and inconsistent refilling by staff. Additionally, the breakfast area could use better cleanliness, as I noticed a small cockroach under the table, which was quite concerning. I hope these issues can be addressed to improve future guests’ experience

View is amazing from second level. So much potiential to be an amazing resort.
No lift, no house keeping, no wifi and staff who do not speak or understand english. Breakfast is porridge & toast nothing else.
