Has potential to be amazing but isnt
Pros:

The veins from this place are amazing and being secluded is nice.
This place has so much potential if looked after

The service was almost non existent my room was never serviced while I was there, the sheets looked clean but very stained, tv was not working informed reception but was never sorted, pool looked merry I did see it being cleaned but still was not clear

Have been a regular customer for this hotel. My recent stay was the worst. I was placed in a room where there was aircon operating for 24 hrs from another room. Told the staff and had to be relocated in the middle of the night. The other room was worse with two double beds fit for a kid according to the height of the beds. No tea facilities. Just poor service delivery.

We stayed at this property during our vacation in Fiji, and the experience was extremely disappointing—so much so that it completely ruined our trip.

From the moment we arrived, the problems were evident. The first room we were given had no hot water and no light in the bathroom, forcing us to request an immediate change. The second room was no better: the water was still cold and, even worse, we were never informed that the entire resort had no hot water. This lack of transparency made us feel completely misled and disrespected as paying guests.

In the afternoon, after returning from an excursion, we specifically asked whether the hot water issue had been resolved. We were assured that it had, only to find out that there was still no hot water anywhere in the resort. Only after repeated and insistent complaints were we finally moved again, after already spending two nights taking cold showers, to a third accommodation—a villa separated from the rest of the resort.

The issues did not stop there. After room cleaning, no fresh towels were provided, the Wi-Fi did not work in any of the rooms, and even a simple request such as booking a taxi (asked the evening before for an early morning departure) was not handled, putting us at serious risk of missing a pre-booked tour.

The restaurant was equally disappointing: we ordered a club sandwich that arrived with missing or completely different ingredients from those listed on the menu. Breakfast was extremely poor, limited to bread, butter, and jam, with poorly stored fruit and a coffee machine that did not work.

The third room, despite being presented as a solution, was in unacceptable condition: there was no hairdryer, and we were forced to go to another room just to dry our hair. There were ants everywhere, and the sheets, pillowcases, and bedspread were dirty and stained. Overall cleanliness was extremely poor.
