Renew the furniture and take care of the snakes and mosquitoes and change the buggies

The views are really good and also the room service was good but the furniture in the room is a bit old and the transportation vehicles is not fit to a resort. It’s like a buggy and small truck.

An exceptional stay from start to finish.

The hotel was peaceful, spotless, and very well maintained. What impressed me most was the speed of service and attention to every request. The golf cart transportation within the resort was available 24/7, making it extremely convenient at any time of the day.

The level of safety and honesty was remarkable. I accidentally left a personal item behind and returned two days later expecting it to be lost, but the team had already located it and prepared it for collection. This truly reflects the professionalism, integrity, and security standards of the hotel.

From the airport pickup service to the warm farewell at checkout, everything was beyond expectations. Every member of the staff made us feel welcome and valued throughout our stay.

A special thank you to Mind, Kin, and Nut for their outstanding hospitality and kindness. The housekeeping team deserves special recognition as well — the rooms were exceptionally clean, and their attention to detail was impressive. The restaurant team and the chef were also fantastic, always friendly, professional, and eager to help.

Thank you to the entire team for making this such a memorable experience. I highly recommend this hotel and will definitely return in the future.
