Pros:

Die Lage und die Aussicht war toll vom Hotel. Auch der Skishuttle der angeboten wird ist super. Das Frühstück hat alles beinhaltet was es braucht. Das Personal war sehr nett und hilfsbereit.

Cons:

Das Hotel wirkt optisch sehr „altbacken“. Das Zimmer mit der eigenen Sauna war toll und zum Glück haben wir das so gebucht, denn der Wellnessbereich hat uns üerhaupt nicht gefallen. Athmosphäre war kalt, auch die Temperatur war zu niedrig. Kein Ruheplatz wenn zb. Kinder im Pool plantschen.
Es hat nur ein grosses Dampfbad, dies war schön, war aber auch das einzige.
Dieser Wellnessbereich lädt nicht zum verweilen ein.

Awesome wellness
Pros:

The wellness area was incredible. One of the best experiences I have ever had. The restaurant service and room service were excellent.

Cons:

The food was not great. The double bed was actually two beds pushed together, which actually may have been avoidable if we had known to request a double bed with a single mattress. The reception is a bit tepid--I felt welcomed by one out of thr five employees manning the area. There was also an episode of poor communication: we requested a table for three prior to our stay at the hotel. We received the confirmation for three prior to our arrival. When we checked in, reception confirmed dinner for two. We corrected them and the receptionist changed the number of guests on the ticket she gave us for dinner from 2 to 3. When we arrived to the restaurant for dinner, the staff explained that the restaurant was fully booked and that they could only seat us for our reservation for two. Our third person was sick, so a "crisis" was averted, but I was glad that we did not have any other pending arrangements with the hotel.

Wunderschöne Erinnerung
Pros:

Die Geschichte des Hotels, ich habe selber vor über 30 Jahren im Waldhotel gearbeitet. Das Personal war extrem freundlich und professionell, das ist echt nicht üblich, daher ein riesiges Kompliment!!!

Cons:

Das Hotel ist schon ziemlich in die Jahre gekommen, aber das tolle Personal hebt dies wieder auf.

Ein Hotel zum Wohlfühlen, für Mensch&Hund
Pros:

Perfekt für eine Reise mit Hund! Extra Reinigungsbereich im Keller und sehr schöne Spazierwege direkt hinter dem Hotel! Der Hund darf auch zum Abendessen mit! Aber auch ohne Hund ein phantastisches, sehr charmantes Hotel mit Seele! Man fühlt sich persönlich wahrgenommen als Gast und sehr willkommen! Das gesamte Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit! Grossartig auch der Shuttleservice zu den Liftstationen!
