The service was ok nothing special for example no luggage assist to bring bags up 2 floors
They do have parking which is a big plus though we needed to wait 20 min for our car because the person to get it was on an errand k. The morning

An excellent base to explore the beautiful city of Nancy. This beautiful historic hotel with only a few rooms is basically a wonderful B&B. Amy, the American receptionist and long time resident in France is a real delight. We felt at home immediately and thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

A unique historic property with beautiful rooms and lovely staff, who go the extra mile to look after you. We’ve stayed there three times on our journeys through France, each time a wonderful sanctuary!

Very old beautiful building requiring constant maintenance.

Gutes und reichhaltiges Frühstück. Isphahan ist eine schöne 2-Zimmer-Suite für 2 Personen. Das Hotel ist sehr gut gelegen und gleichzeitig sehr ruhig.

Overall, our stay was very enjoyable. The staff is extremely friendly and really cares. Breakfast was amazing. The hotel is somewhat hard to find (it is located in a non-motorized traffic area protected by rectractable ballard posts). Public parking is available within 500 meters, but the parking pay stations I tried to use was broken because it was vandalized. It being an old buidling, there is not elevator, so we needed to carry our luggage up using the 400-years old staircase. Not a problem for us, but it may be good to know in advance.

This is a lovely property in every respect from the histori. beaury and charm of both the interiors and exterior. Wonderful staff, quiet and immaculate luxurious room with attention to every detail and delicious breakfast. I highly recommend the Hotel d'Hausonville!

Very old hotel ok most 500 years. The owners have adapted to modern times but not all possible. The upper rooms have only stairs three levels.

We took the main suite and were very charmed by the experience!

Great location close to the beautiful city Centre

We (2 adults, three younger children) stayed in Suite Ispahan for four nights. It is a beautiful hotel. The service is excellent. The hotel put an extra bed in the main room which one child used. The other two children were on the sofa bed in the other room. We did consider getting a second room, but the suite was large enough for all of us... including space for people to chill out. Kids could be in the other room and close the door.

The breakfast room was fantastic - breakfast isn't a buffet, rather à la carte and the staff make what you like. The quality of the food is excellent.

We were able to park in front of the hotel to drop our bags off in the room (and take time to do it) and then park the car at a nearby underground parking. The hotel is behind a fence where you get the code to open the gate to come/ go as you please.

If you are in Nancy, this hotel is indeed excellent and we highly recommend it. The service and surrounds really feels like a five star hotel, but of course it doesn’t have a five star category because it doesn’t have all the services (Eg reception closes at 9pm).
