Excelente localização, conforto e uma experiência inesquecível em San Pedro de Atacama.
Pros:

Gostei bastante da hospedagem. A localização é excelente, a poucos passos da Rua Caracoles, principal rua do vilarejo, o que facilitou muito nossos deslocamentos. O quarto é espaçoso, confortável e o café da manhã é bom.

Cons:

A única coisa que não gostei foi do atendimento da funcionária que realizou nosso check-in, uma loira que infelizmente não lembro o nome. Quando cheguei, apresentei nossa reserva impressa e ela perguntou se era algum currículo, dizendo que não precisava do documento, apenas do nome. Quando repeti meu nome, ela respondeu de forma ríspida que já tinha lido. Achei a postura totalmente despreparada para atendimento ao público. Se não fosse por essa situação, nossa experiência teria sido 100%. Espero que ela reveja essas atitudes.

De forma geral, muito bom. Excelente localização. Responsáveis por check-in e check-out muito cordiais e atenciosos. Café da manhã tem o essencial com muito boa qualidade (para passeios muito cedo fazem um pequeno café para levar bem razoável).

Cons:

Único ponto negativo foi a iluminação do banheiro, muito fraca. E o pessoal do hotel informou que é uma reclamação recorrente,

Trés bien , agréable, pratique
Pros:

L'hôtel est très bien placé, tout prêt de la rue principale de San Pedro de Atacama où on peut trouver toutes les agences de voyage, les restaus,les bars et les points Change.
Propre, un parking si vous louez une voiture ( indispensable si vous ne voulez pas avoir d'amende)
Accueil très très aimable et aidant sur certaines démarches que nous avons du faire pour réserver des visites.
Toujours du thé, café à disposition

Hotel muito bom e super bem localizado
Pros:

A localização do hotel é perfeita, do lado da rua caracoles, permitindo fazer tudo na pequena vila a pé. Equipe educada e prestativa. O quarto é muito bom, espaçoso e limpo, no estilo de pequenos bangalôs. Água gelada em mais de um local, permitindo encher as garrafinhas quando você quiser. Café da manhã gostoso.

Cons:

Acho que a iluminação do quarto poderia ser um pouco melhor. Achei ele um pouco escuro de noite.
