Pros:

Really helpful staff with all our non standard requests from storing luggage to advice on best places to shop.

Cons:

A bit difficult for Ubers to locate although manager advised to use neighbouring hotel which solved the problem!

Furniture has become a little old. Joining 2 single beds to make 1 king bed is extremely annoying. The window had no view/blocked view.

Jyoti Garg from Team Housekeeping ensured room is clean and all facilities are up and running. Breakfast options was good. The staff was very helpful. Recommended for official visit to Gurgaon and stay here will be bettering.
