Le lit n’a pas été fait entre la 1ere et la 2e nuitée.
J’ai du réclamer à l’accueil pour que cela soit fait.
J’ajoute une démagnétisation régulière des cartes clé qui oblige à redescendre à l’accueil pour la réactiver

Abbiamo scelto questa sistemazione per le fotografie della sauna. Ci sembrava carina l'esperienza nella botte. Una volta arrivati scopriamo che la sauna è guasta da oltre una settimana. Chiediamo una compensazione (la colazione sarebbe stata più che sufficiente) e ci rispondono di no.
La camera tripla è molto polverosa, le ragnatele fuori dalla finestra e il comodino divelto da uno dei due lati completano un quadro di un hotel molto trascurato.

Good overnight stop
Pros:

Large clean room, comfortable bed & pullows, good air con, cosy bar, nice pool with outside bar seating. Restaurant was ok, dinner good, breakfast mediocre. Ours was included in room rate, but would not have paid the€18 for awful coffee and average buffet.

Pros:

Franchement des joints de baignoire ca prend 10min a refaire, jai été juste écœuré, salle d'eau qui fuis également, et évacuation de l'eau défaillante, moquette super sale.

Personnel ok rien a signaler, lorsqu'on voit l'annonce et le prix on s'attend a un minimum de prestige.

It was ok - it was not staffed enough to support all staying in the hotel, when we were there. The first day breakfast (19th Aug 25) was disaster - despite the best effort from a lady (only one on the ground) - many end up waiting for long / left without having breakfast.. Next day was ok - few more staff on the ground then.... Perhaps, it was an odd week in the holiday month.

Die Zimmer sind sauber und groß. Die Frühstücksauswahl ist in Ordnung, der Service ist chaotisch. Tische werden nicht abgeräumt, Buffet wird nicht zügig nachgefüllt. Wenn man zur falschen Zeit kommt, fehlt es an allem und man braucht sehr viel Zeit. Das Hotel ist nichts für Menschen mit Hundefobie. An der Hotelbar hat man trotz heftiger Preise Probleme was zu bestellen (planloses Servicepersonal). Am Pool sind zu wenige Liegen und es fehlen Sonnenschirme. Für Teslafahrer ist die Lage sehr gut, es ist eine Supercharger-Ladestation vor Ort.

Positiv: Empfang freundlich und Personal hilfsbereit, ausreichende Parkmöglichkeiten, günstig. Negativ: Hotel konzeptlos, Gebäude sanierungsbedürftig, in den 70ern stehengeblieben, muffig. Frühstück nicht ansprechend. Sauna defekt. Für 1 Nacht auf der Durchreise aber schon okay!

Worst hotel in the region..
Pros:

The hotel is far from described. The breakfast is straight out a scam.. stayed 4 days, half of the buffet was out of stock at all points even when we asked for scrambled eggs and bacon to be refilled nothing happened. The coffee machines didn't work half the time. The room was sub standard and the bathroom flooded both the bathroom and room due to erroneous flooring which has a slope the wrong way.

nice enough staff and all..
The cleaning was just as bad. The cleaning lady woke us op at just over 8 even though we had do not disturb sign on.
The kettle didn't work, the door to the pool didn't work, the pool was green with algae on the sides, and so on.

It's seems like the hotel had its glory days 15 years back and no-one bothers to fix things.

our window didn't open and there was giant spotlights shining directly at out window at all time of the day.
