Pros:

I most like the view and the decoration of the room.

Cons:

Staff need more professional training, no matter of check in process, catering service etc. Besides that, the breakfast time was too late to be ready. We and other guests were waited for breakfast setting in the restaurant.

Pros:

I enjoyed the peacefulness of the hotel. Nice and calming.

Cons:

At reception it was difficult at times to communicate. I asked if they could help me get a taxi. They said we will see what we can do then I didnt hear from them again. Taxis really dont go to this area. The location is away from things to do. You can take the bus which is good once you figure it out. They would benefit a lot from maybe having a shuttle once a day to go a casino to pick up and drop off.

Cons:

地點偏遠，洒店在下山斜路，坐巴要走100級石級上巴士站，出外十分吃力，所有房間座落在地庫，我安排地庫2樓，要行樓梯上落，無電梯，十分原始，行動十分不便，厕所浴缸周圍有霉漬，衞生很差，住兩晚每日都没有執房!

喧騒とは無縁でのんびり出来るホテル
Pros:

マカオの美しい海岸ビューとのんびりとした雰囲気を満喫出来て最高！バスも頻繁に走っているから不便さを感じないロケーション

Cons:

エレベーターがなく、どのタイプの部屋に泊まっても必ず階段を使うことになる。娘と2人旅だった為、
バス停からスーツケースを運ぶのが下り階段であってもとっても大変だった。チェックアウト時は幸いにも男性スタッフがバス停まで運んでくれ、本当に助かった。感謝！
また、ベランダに面した窓には網戸が無く、２月なのに蚊が入ってきてしまった。波の音や鳥のさえずりを楽しむ時は要注意。

Un bel endroit à Coloane
Pros:

Équipe sympathique et disponible. Localisation au calme en pleine nature sur un flanc de colline avec le réveil aux chants des oiseaux. Accès facile avec les lignes de bus 15, 21A et 26A en haut de l'hôtel et parking en bas pour voiture et taxi. Petit-déjeuner avec omelette au choix. Baignoire et terrasse de la chambre agréable.

Cons:

Le bâtiment mériterait un petit ravalement au niveau extérieur.

Ótimo para uns dias longe de tudo.
Pros:

Localização. O hotel fica em frente à praia, ótimo para passar uns dias tranquilo.

Cons:

A cama é antiga e fazia um pouco de barulho com os movimentos.
