Pros:

O café da manhã não é daqueles com uma mesa enorme e super farta, porém, eu gostei bastante por ser variado. Tinha cuscuz, cuscuz de tapioca, wafles, até panqueca. Eles variam o cardápio entre os dias, achei bacana. O quarto que eu fiquei era enorme, eu gostei muito! A cama super confortável, o ar condicionado gela de verdade (o que é essencial para uma cidade quente como Salvador). Destaco ainda a experiência no check in e no check out, os funcionários são muito educados e simpáticos.

Cons:

Eu não gostei da questão das regras para limpeza dos quartos: tem dia que eles trocam as toalhas, tem dias que não. E se você precisar de uma troca de toalha em um dia que não é o designado para a troca, tem que pagar por isso. Achei estranho porque esse é um serviço normal de todos os hoteis da categoria deste hotel e sem cobranças adicionais. Além disso, a toalha nem é tão grande assim. Fiquei sozinha em um quarto e só tinha uma toalha. Aconteceu de eu sair e quando eu voltei, a toalha não estava seca. Eu não poderia pedir outra toalha sem pagar, o que achei um absurdo. Outra coisa digna de nota é que o hotel não tem serviço de quarto.

Tentei cancelar não consegui tentei ficar com credito não consegui equipe desprezaram. Tinha prova do lado do hotel. Muita gente querendo hospedagem e ele nem aí. Fiquei num quarto gigante con 3 camas.
