I spend 11 days at this hotel, and probably will never go there again, housekeepers are very loud early morning, I complain about it and nothing was changed, I asked to change the room the receptionist said they don’t change rooms, to have a clean room you have to request, location is good but not worth the price, breakfast is a lot food but nothing taste right. No salt and no sugar add, weird taste, the only thing I could eat was the fruits. I don’t

O hotel é bem localizado, tamanho do quarto bom.
O café é muito ruim, além das poucas opções, a comida não é boa. Tanto que algumas vezes recorremos a um café mineiro que tem próximo do hotel.
As toalhas de banho são bem ruins também.
A limpeza dos quartos também deixa muito a desejar.
Com certeza não me hospedaria novamente.

Quarto amplo, bem aproveitado. Alguns peoclemas: algumas lâmpadas não estavam funcionando, alguns canais na televisão, poucas tomadas e uma delas não funcionava. Tirando esses detalhes de manutenção, boa localização, ótimo atendimento e quarto confortável. Café da manhã muito bom.
O hotel é bem localizado e parece ter sido reformado há pouco tempo, tendo uma boa apresentação. É bem bonito. Os quartos são bem amplos e bem planejados. O atendimento é OK. O café da manhã é bom, mas longe de ser o café da manhã que costumamos ver no nordeste, com tapiocas e omeletes sendo feitos na hora. Os talheres eram daqueles mais baratos e a faca nem cortava direito. A cama não era confortável. Eram duas camas de solteiro unidas, que tornavam a cama grande (king). Mas o jogo de lençol era improvisado de uma cama de casal normal. Então, não era adequado e não permitiu uma noite de sono agradável. Os travessseiros também muito finos e de baixa qualidade. O hotel precisa de uma manutenção mais ativa e eficiente. Alguns detalhes não passam desapercebidos, como botoeira do elevador presa com silvertape, área da cobertura com vidros quebrados e uma área interditada por falta de manutenção. Enfim, precisa dar mais atenção à manutenção das instalações.
