Pros:

Zentrale Lage im Ort, moderne Einrichtung des Zimmers, reichhaltiges Frühstück. Hotelbar an der Getränke zubereitet wurden.

Cons:

Innenpool für den man eine extra Badekappe kaufen musste war heruntergekommen und kalt.
Beim Frühstück war es sehr voll und eng bestuhlt, zu den Frühstücksstoßzeiten gab es zeitweise keine Löffel und Gläser mehr und es gab nur eine sehr langsame Kaffeemaschine für alle Gäste.
Beim Duschen hat man das Badezimmer überschwemmt. Es gab zu wenig Parkplätze.

Really enjoyed our stay here. The room was spotless, breakfast was great, and the location is perfect: right by a little river and super central for walking, whether that's into the village or straight onto the trails.

One thing that really stuck with us: there was a mix-up with our booking that could've been a real headache. Instead of leaving it to email or the front desk, the manager came to talk to us in person, thought along with us, and sorted it out on the spot. That kind of personal attention, actually taking the time to fix things and calm the situation down instead of just pointing to policy, is rare these days and made a big difference to our stay.

Po drobnych poprawkach będzie idealnie
Pros:

Hotel w świetnej lokalizacji - centrum bardzo przyjemnego miasteczka i dobra baza wypadowa w Dolomity. Widok z okna na pobliskie góry. Personel bardzo miły i pomocny. Śniadania smaczne.

Cons:

Rzeczy, które należałoby poprawić:
- czystość w łazienkach (strukturalne płytki na podłodze są ciężkie w utrzymaniu, ale przydałoby się im porządne czyszczenie)
- śniadania są smaczne, ale jednostajne. My byliśmy tylko na dwie doby, więc nie był to dla nas problem, ale przy dłuższym pobycie może to negatywnie wpływać na ocenę.
