I was ripped off and am still upset. I was charged for 2 rooms when my wife and I only had 1 room. We were also charged for 2 people in the second mystery room. I questioned the desk clerk upon check out and was told that the situation would be looked into and corrected. I am still waiting for this correction to take place. My wife and I have stayed in Holiday Inn Express locations many times over the years and have never experienced a situation like this one.
