Candlewood Suites Logan by IHG

Room was alright in cleanliness. Hotel did not offer breakfast. I booked a room with a king bed, but they gave me room with only full size bed. Made the stay very uncomfortable.

The hotel was very clean, and the staff were incredibly friendly, which made for a pleasant experience. However, I did notice that the shower had a constant drip and there was some rust on the hardware. Addressing these issues would enhance the overall stay. Despite that, I had a good stay

No tv and nobody ever at the front desk and people running around all night on the second floor over all not happy won’t stay again

The only thing I had a problem with was after a long day of working, I went to the hotel and had to wait 10 minutes at the main desk because no one was there. I rang the bell 3 times and still nothing. Almost went to the holiday inn and then the lady finally came to the counter. Other than that, I had a pleasant stay.

Arrived at 6pm and room not ready, there was a loud fan running but not from my bathroom none stop whole time. Considering no breakfast it’s overpriced for the area. Staff is always nice though and location is great for the area.

Check-in was a breeze. The front desk staff on every shift that i encountered were very friendly and welcoming and had great follow through on a few requests we had during our stay. The rooms were huge which was great since we had a pretty big dog, clean, and the beds were phenomenal. I would definitely stay here again!!

Well for 1..After we had checked out we was charged $25.00 for Iam not even sure why not even including the total of the room and we was never informed of this charge at all. There dirty company! There was nothing wrong with the room at all so that was not the issue here at all! Any way they can make an extra $$ this company will!!!!

This is my second or third time staying at this Candlewood and there’s nothing I can complain about. It’s easily accessible, clean, the bed was comfortable, the staff was great.

Clean rooms not just throw out clean towels and make beds looked changed

Nice place to stay,only bad thing is limited breakfast items in morning

Small food selection area to purchase from ( choco milk, yogurt, cereal & free coffe/tea), train tracks in back( did not hear it) . Full size fridge, no ice trays or working ice maker- but freeze your water bottles & baggie of ice cubes . Two hot plate/ convection pads ,NO oven. Tight turn into parking lot , but Church parking lot next door. No walking stores that I noticed. Bakery very close . Would stay again, dinged up walls but somewhat clean, beds very comfortable & 4 pillows per bed. DVD player & some movies to borrow.
