We arrived early on July 31 at 11:00 AM. The front desk staff checked our reservation, confirmed everything was valid, and told us to return for check-in at 4:00 PM. We left our luggage and returned at 5:00 PM, expecting our key. Instead, the staff abruptly told us our reservation was canceled by the system, claimed the hotel was completely full, and said they could do nothing.
Our reservation was set as "Pay at Property," and we were fully prepared to pay on site. Rather than offering any assistance or solution, the staff was extremely aggressive, hostile, and essentially kicked us out onto the street with our baby.
We were forced to search for emergency accommodation on short notice during peak hours and had to pay significantly higher prices elsewhere due to their total lack of professionalism and system failure.
Do not rely on this hotel to honor your reservation. They are dishonest, unprofessional, and treat families terribly. Avoid at all costs.

Broken shower, broken lift

During the first two days of our stay, one of the elevators was not working, and we spent at least 10 minutes waiting each time we needed to go up or down. The air conditioning in our room was also extremely loud. In addition, the toilet flush would not stop running, the room phone did not work, and our room was not cleaned, leaving us without fresh towels.

The hotel has very limited outdoor seating, but the available tables and chairs were frequently occupied by people who did not appear to be hotel guests and were smoking marijuana. This made the outdoor area uncomfortable and unpleasant for guests.

I was also disappointed by the lack of professionalism from some members of the staff. At the restaurant, one staff member spent much of the time on her phone and only seemed to put it down when guests specifically asked for assistance, such as requesting more milk. A similar situation occurred at the reception desk, where the staff member was on her cellphone while assisting guests.

Finally, we found a used chopstick in our room that did not belong to any of us, which raised concerns about the thoroughness of the housekeeping service.

Overall, there were several issues during our stay that significantly affected our experience. I hope the hotel takes this feedback seriously and improves its maintenance, housekeeping, cleanliness, and staff professionalism.

The hotel was good but it was terrible finding the facility did not include any parking facility for the visisting guests, whic is terrible situation for the guests arriving tired from out side US and finding the parking for its vehicle.
