Rongratana Executive Residence

Very nice accommodations!

Front desk was very good. The staff were also nice, but the gym and pool is poor.

The hotel was very nicely furnished, using high-quality materials and is a long-term stay type of accommodation. It is conveniently located, being close to shops and restaurants. A minor detail: the motorcycles on the street in front of hotel can be heard at night, as the room was facing the street.

Excellent facility, staff were awesome

酒店整體清潔，寬敞，服務員態度非常好，唯一缺點是枕頭硬度沒有選擇，全部都太高。矩離BTS站需行大約十分鐘，如購物太多感覺不方便！

房間寬敞整㓗，附近的餐廳很有水準
位置很方便，步行約8分鐘到Big C
只是早餐很一般，只能吃飽
是曼谷市中心的好選擇

已經住過幾次了，三人行以上首選這家，地點雖然不算百分百便利，但小走一會就到big C，附近多按摩的，後面就BTS，90分

Tidy and clean room. Perfect location, walkable distance to convenience store and BTS Chit Lom station

Khun Tu was very helpful. The staff prepared the bed according to our request. All the staff are polite. Will stay here again!

Easy to call Grab from this hotel. We booked a two bedroom suite, one room was en-suite and there is another bathroom with toilet in the living room therefore plenty of private space. The suite was in very good condition too. Very clean. Fabric sofas are a little stained but it doesn’t stink or anything so it’s fine to use. Reception was very friendly and helpful.

좀 낡은 감이 있디만 편안하고 친절했습니다. 그런데 외부 방음이 잘 안되서 밖에서 지나가는 차 소리가 계속 들려 그 부분이 조금 불편했어요

While the property initself was good, the limited breakfast option was disappointing. Staff were courteous when they wanted to be. Would I stay again - I think there are cheaper and better options available which I would consider next time around. Having said that, no complaints with the property itself.

Great rooms, large and comfortable. Staff friendly and do pay attention to details. Breakfast OK but not amazing. Swimming pool OK but quite a few buildings are under construction around so that you don't really want to spend much time over there. Great area, malls and greens spaces walking distance

Small pool and old gym facilities, room condition is average but clean.
Nearest BTS station should be ratchadamri but not chit lom.

Our stay at Rongratana was a family trip. All of us found our suites & studio room very nicely decorated, spacious and comfortable. The staff is very polite and very helpful. We will surely recommend Rongratana to other friends, and I will surely stay here again in future.
