La habitacion muy agradable como siempre
De costumbre es un hotel muy agradable pero esta vez me toco una habitacion arriba de la cocina o del comedor y el olor a comida era muy desagradable
El hotel está bien ubicado, con instalaciones limpias y excelente trato del personal. El desayuno es variado.

Para ser un City express pense que habria menos calidad en las cosas y servicio pero cumple con la limpieza y servicios para cuando se viaja por trabajo. Sobretodo, felicitaciones a su staff que fueron todos muy buenos con la atencion y resolucion de conflictos.
Si alguien olvida algo usan la vending machine y podrian venderlo directo ustedes y estar al pendiente de existencias sobretdo ammenities, no la parte de comida. El desayuno se satura en la mañana y no hay mucho espacio para apartar sillas y tal vez que solo sean barras comunes garantizan espacio para todos. La presion del agua de la regadera es muy baja y se debe pegar uno a la pared para que caiga bien, podrian mejorar la bomba. Y cuando llegue el telefono estaba desconectado pero aun asi, no tiene directorio impreso. Por costumbre, marque cero pero deberia tener el dato.
¡¡Llegué hice check in y pagué en efectivo mi reservación, hice check out al día siguiente, y en la noche me cobraron otra vez a la tarjeta que di como garantía!!
I should have checked the TripAdvisor reviews before booking. Online it says this is a 4-star property. It definitely didn't feel this way. I had light switches that didn't work, mold in the bathroom, and being a foreigner in what's supposed to be an international city, you'd think the reception would speak enough english to do check-in or recommend places. The shuttle driver whom I interacted with outside while waiting on an Uber spoke more English than all the hotel staff I spoke with at reception. But my college level 1 Spanish got me by.
The breakfast was basic. Nothing worth writing home about.
Overall, I'd say it's probably barely passing Marriott standards. It's definitely not up to the Marriott standards I'm used to. Will not be returning to this property when I return to Queretaro.

La comodidad del Hotel y la ubicación
No hubo agua caliente en los 2 días que estuve, la pluma del estacionamiento y el checador del hotel no funcionaban y se hacia un verdadero lio salir de ahí.
