La ubicacion,la tranquilidad y la atencion de la recepcion,en especial Clarise,un encanto de mujer que se preocupa para que no te falte de nada.Cuando vuelva a Valencia,ya no me hace falta buscar hotel. Alkazar si o si!
Le falta neverita para poder tener agua fresca en la habitacion pero en recepcion te ofrecen sus neveras propias. Y algunas perchas mas,solo habia 3.
The staff were so lovely and accommodating - one of the best hotel experiences i have had in this regard. The location was fantastic - so close to the old town, sights and the train station. Rooms and the hotel were clean and airy. Really had a wonderful stay and would not hesitate to book again.

All the staff were amazing , cheerful and very supportive.
The location is outstanding and close to many landmarks and the central shopping street with many Public transportation options.
The room is very small with no free space to move or even open the luggage. There is lack for main amenities. There is no fridge to at least have cold water in summer. No safe to store your valuables. The rooms are not soundproofed. When we asked for iron it was not an available option.
