Peaceful and relaxing.
Pros:

A lovely property, with pleasant gardens and Adobe style cabins. Has a nice resort feel. Staff were very helpful and friendly.

Cons:

It is a dusty walk into the town.

Aula de Ioga, encontro estrelar a noite , com explicações e uma luneta e o atendimento do Luiz Fernando no restaurante, isso salvou a minha visão do hotel, para não dar nota 1

Caro, cheio das restrições, os caras cobram café , não tem nem café na chegada , custo absurdo pelo que entregam, tem hotéis melhores e pela metade do preço na cidade, outros que custam 50% separam seu café em uma embalagem com frutas , sucos , sanduíches, esse querem usd 25,00 mesmo vc não consumindo o café , na chegada já sacam do seu cartão usd 200,00 de futuro gasto , o kimao que fiquei tbem , custa metade , atende melhor o ainda tem café sem custo e preparam seu café . Outra coisa , hotel nesse preço com piscina gelada , sem ar condicionado no quarto , falam que são a favor da natureza e a válvula da privada estava vazando muita água , avisamos várias vezes e está lá vazando , geladeira não funcionava , tivemos que pedir algumas vezes , e aí vai , não voltaria nesse hotel nem por 50% da tarifa…

Very disappointing. There is much better alternative in town!
Pros:

The restaurant and the staff at the restaurant

Cons:

No A/C in the room, no shutters in the room, no proper internet, no proper wardrobe or cupboard, no kettle nor coffee in the room, super tiny room, windows on the main door with no shutters, no direct access to terrasse but more importantly the fact that they are constantly trying to sell you something. Raised a few times some of those issues but the Manager Oscar Rodriguez didn’t seem to care. Not sure if it comes from the fact he had limited interest on making sure his clients are satisfied or too busy to sell them touristic packages or maybe the consequences of Ennismore taking over the management of the property. Overall it was very disappointing and if someone comes to say that they are very sorry, we tried to raise the issues 3 times during our 5 days stay so not really acceptable post mortem based on the standing they are willing to portrait.

‘Mud hut’ design was a nice interesting approach and the accommodation was also quite large. The food was good.

Service at reception and dining was variable, waiting 1 hour for one evening meal.

Hotel Bom para ficar
Pros:

Gostei do cafe da manha, gostei da area da piscina, mesmo nao tendo atendimento do bar nas piscina o tempo todo. Gostei do restaurante, gostamos do atendimento.

Cons:

O quarto nao tinha ar condicionado e era muito quente. Tinhamos que ficar o tempo todo com o ventilçador ligado. Pelo preço pago na diaria, creio que o ar seria um item basico para o hotel. Inclusive vi muitos hospedes realcmando da mesma coisa. Que faltava o ar condicionado.
