Based on local tax laws, all Chilean citizens and resident foreigners must pay an additional fee (IVA) of 19%

Gostei de quase tudo, mas...
Pros:

Instalações: recepção, restaurante e área externa. Tudo bem decorado e aconchegante.

Funcionários: todos muito solícitos e simpáticos. Em especial, o garçom Luis Fernando merece elogio pela presteza e dicas sobre a cidade.

Alimentação: excelente café da manhã, tanto pela qualidade, quanto pela variedade. Também gostei do menu a lá carte.

Cons:

▪︎ O quarto não dispõe de local adequado para a acomodação de roupas.
▪︎ A iluminação do banheiro do apartamento 123 era muito ruim.
▪︎ A porta da varanda não tranca.
▪︎ Cobrança de valor extra de U$ 25 para box de café da manhã para quem parte para os passeios antes do horário de início do serviço. Outros hotéis da cidade fornecem o box sem custo adicional.
▪︎ A distância até o centro não chega a ser grande, mas acaba inviabilizando ir e vir várias vezes a pé. O fornecimento de bicicletas resolveria esse problema. Ou então transfer em alguns horários pré-estabelecidos.

Wonderful stay at Our Habitas Atacama; beautiful hotel, friendly staff and great food!
Pros:

My partner and I had a wonderful stay at Our Habitas in Atacama. Let me break it down into multiple sections!

Aesthetics + views
The entire hotel is gorgeous. Really vibey decor throughout, and the communal areas are super clean and well maintained. The outside area is also lovely, with lots of little nooks for socialising. The views from the gardens are amazing :) Attached to the review is the view from our private patio, which honestly doesn't do the view justice! It's 100x nicer in real life.

Staff
So friendly and attentive! They were super accommodating of all our requests, and made a really wonderful first impression of Chile for us :) Plus they all spoke great English too, so don't worry if you are travelling and your Spanish is a little basic.

Food
I'm vegan, my partner isn't. We were both well fed :) The menu has loads of vegan items, and they are all delicious!
Portions are also huge, which is what you need after a day of excursions.

La amabilidad del personal

Cons:

Instalaciones muy básicas, no justifican el precio del hotel, el gimnasio no existe, está hecho de madera emulando los que hay en otros lados como Tulum pero de muy baja calidad, la piscina no es climatizada ni temperada, se veía desaseada también.

Stunning. Highly recommend.
Pros:

An absolutely stunning hotel - beautiful rooms and decor, the pool is super relaxing (very cold in winter but that didn’t stop us from going for a swim!). The staff were so amazing, every single person we encountered was SO lovely and so helpful

Cons:

It is a 15min walk from the main town of San Pedro, which is fine in the day but the street lights are dim at night time so it makes for an interesting walk home after dinner (though it did still feel very safe!), on the flip side, the hotel being out of the main area does mean that it is serene and tranquil at night!

Pros:

Muy bonito para tomarte fotos, poco utilizable las instalaciones.

Cons:

El precio muy alto, las amenidades que dice tener no están disponibles, ejemplo, fui 5 días y desde el dia 1 no tenían espacio para la guía astronómica, y la alberca no es temperada, por el precio que pagas, seria lo mínimo que se esperaríamos

Pros:

Muy bien ubicado, a 10 minutos caminando al centro. Excelente el personal, todos muy atentos y preocupados. Todos amables y pendientes x

Cons:

Tuve mala suerte porque en mi pieza estaba mala la ducha y salía fría. Estuvimos así 2 días. Después lograron cambiarnos a una pieza superior y ahí funcionaba todo perfecto. Pasamos un mal rato pero compensamos con la pieza nueva que era mucho mejor y además nos abonaron una noche. Lo otro que no me gustó tanto, si bien el restaurant era espectacular, las preparaciones eran muy sofisticadas y con sabores tipo fusión que no me llenaron completamente. El desayuno muy rico, pero podías pedir una alternativa de la carta y también bastante rebuscado. De todas maneras era todo rico y lo mejor, la atención.
