Cons:

Purtroppo 4 ore prima del check in sono stato contattato dalla struttura dicendomi che la camera da me prenotata con largo anticipo(suite junior) non era più disponibile per un problema.
Mi è stato proposto di soggiornare in un altro hotel(di categoria superiore a 2 km di distanza) ma non ho accettato perchè eravamo un gruppo di circa 20 persone che necessariamente doveva soggiornare nella stessa struttura.
Mi è stata data una stanza che di suite non ha proprio nulla!Porte consumate dal tempo(filtrano tutti i rumori),quando dal piano superiore scaricavano e facevano la doccia sembrava che ci fosse una cascata in camera.
Al momento del pagamento ho chiesto uno sconto ma non mi è stato concesso e mi è stato detto che la differenza tra la camera prenotata e quella assegnata era solo il divanetto sul balcone e che i servizi erano identici(pulizia e parcheggio!).

Rapporto qualità prezzo eccezionale e staff di qualità.
Pros:

Struttura bella e pulita, staff molto disponibile, sempre disponibili a dare consigli e suggerimenti. Ottimo il parcheggio interno gratuito. Colazione abbondante con torte molto buone. Ottimo il rapporto qualità prezzo.

Cons:

È in una zona periferica di Cercola, le strade sono un pò strette ed i conducenti locali un pò nervosi. Per lavori ad uno svincolo era necessario andare sulla tangenziale per andare in albergo ma è un problema temporaneo. Su loro consiglio abbiamo evitato di parcheggiare sotto al pino per evitare la resina.

Pros:

Un hotel ottimo, incastonato in un quartiere tranquillo. Camera spaziosa con balcone. Pulizia eccellente. Letto confortevole.
Accoglienza cordiale. Un team disponibile e decisamente molto educato. Ottima colazione. Da gustare la pastiera napoletana.
Lo consiglio a chi vuole riposare e stare tranquillo

Cons:

La posizione dell'albergo non è eccellente. Si raggiunge in auto.
