Lovely stay!
Pros:

I had a very good stay. Great hotel for solo traveler, very good value in you book directly online. Walking distance to many shops and restaurants in the area as well as not too far from the main beach. Super comfy bed! Clean and tidy room, decent WiFi, warm water and very good air con. You can access swimming pool and gym at nearby Novotel. I loved the fact that for a little extra you can opt for a later check out. As my flight doesn't leave till 7pm, it was great to use the room until 3pm. Lovely staff! Big thank you to Nura, Kadek and Jere! Very kind and helpful 😊🙏 Terima kasih! Next time I fly to Balikpapan, I'll be back.

Pros:

Our recent stay was highly satisfactory, featuring a clean and well-appointed room. The staff, including Aknova and Djandra, provided exceptional service, and we regret not having the name of the night shift receptionist to acknowledge their assistance. The breakfast offerings were excellent and enjoyed by our family.

We would certainly consider returning for our next visit to Balikpapan.

I stay with a group of 47 from brunei. But i dont really like the place..lot of complains from my group..some of them see 'hantu'. They scare to stay again..bad place

I would like to comment that your staff Nora has serve us excellent service, she has done an extra mile for us, she is a keeper, you should promote her because of her excellent service towards us. We are very happy of her service. I stay there from 5th July until 9th July 2025, We will recommend this hotel to our family and friends.
