Great stay!
Pros:

Very friendly and helpful staff, comfortable bed and most importantly very clean! The food at breakfast was varied, fresh and good. There were many healthy options.

Уже много раз была в Новотел София, всегда довольна. Нравится чистота, сервис, расположение, шумоизоляция. Поставили в коридоре кулер с водой - супер.Приятный дизайн номеров. Вкусный завтрак. Из того, что немного не понравилось - убрали все развлекательные и музыкальные каналы с ТВ. Ну ничего, я радио нашла).
