Confortável, aquecimento agradável, limpo, sem barulho.

Cons:

Acredito que pelo tempo de vida do hotel, a questão de manutenção deixou a desejar. Partes de rodapé saindo, tapetes mostrando muito uso, luzes do banheiro precisam melhorar, fica escuro em frente ao espelho. E acredito que falta funcionários para atender a demanda. Tanto na recepção e principalmente no restaurante.

O serviço da Booking foi extraordinariamente fácil e eficaz.
Eu estva com uma reserva em um hotel que não me atenderia, feita por uma agencia de viagem em SP. A Agência não conseguiu resolver a m udança de hotel.
