Huonenäkymä merelle oli hieno, aamupala hyvä ja monipuolinen, ystävällinen henkilökunta.

Huoneet olivat todella pieniä ja ahtaita ja niissä oli jonkun verran muurahaisia. Parvekkeen ovi oli rikki ja huoneet kaipasivat muutenkin hieman päivitystä. Huoneen ovet paiskoutuivat todella lujaa kiinni ja pitivät suurta meteliä. Uima-allas oli pieni ja sijaitsi hieman syrjässä huoneeseen nähden.

La posizione è comoda, lo staff è molto disponibile e cordiale, la camera al sesto piano ha di bello solo la vista, colazione mediocre compresa nel prezzo.

La camera che mi è stata data, era una camera al sesto piano a parte la vista mozzafiato sul mare il resto è da no comment, va bene essere un hotel a 3stelle ma l 'igiene ci dev essere a prescindere. Ho dovuto chiamare la ragazza della reception perché in camera avevo diversi e innumerevoli insetti(tipo mini formiche) ma erano ovunque, nel bagno, sul wc, sul letto,uscivano da stipiti di Porta finestra e porta del bagno. Mi hanno fornito uno spry per insetti da spruzzare (x cui il dubbio mi viene che loro siano a conoscenza di questo problema), mi è stato proposto di cambiare camera se avessi voluto, ho guardato la camera che mi stavano proponendo ed era nelle stesse condizioni della mia, ha visto d'occhio erano presenti insetti ovunque. In più avevo le lenzuola sporche di macchie,la ragazza della reception gentilmente me le ha cambiate in maniera provvisoria per riuscire a passare la prima notte in attesa del giorno successivo,dove poi avrebbero cambiato tutto il letto. Avendo preso un albergo con piscina mi aspettavo di poterla utilizzare, in realtà una volta giunta alla struttura ho scoperto( e solo perché l ho chiesto io, non mi hanno nemmeno avvisato per email) che la piscina era in riparazione/ristrutturazione per cui era inutilizzabile. In una zona, con un clima variabile come Vung tau, la richiesta di avere un hotel con piscina è fondamentale, avevo preso questo albergo anche per questo servizio che alla fine non ho potuto utilizzare. Dato i diversi inconvenienti, che sinceramente non mi sembrava di richiedere chissà cosa, ma semplicemente correttezza e pulizia avendo pagato, avevamo pattuito per uno sconto sul transfer di ritorno che ovviamente al momento Dell arrivo del pulmino non c'è stato. Mi sono stati solo riconsegnati 170K dong per non aver usufruito degli snack a disposizione in camera.
