The location was good, we could walk to Times Square and to Hudson yard park.

Cons:

The elevator was very slow.
We missed vegetables for breakfast and healthier products. It was challenging to find a place to sit for a family.

Hotel veramente tanto sporco,siamo arrivati al check in alle 01.15 di notte avvisandoli tramite email che avevamo un volo sul tardi,ci hanno dato la stanza sotterranea in mezzo al corridoio sembrava di stare in uno scantinato e tutto molto sporco,la colazione non era delle migliori,la macchina dei pancakes si rompeva in continuazione,non andrò mai più in questo hotel,dimenticavo la doccia nel bagno non funzionava dovevi per forza farti il.bagno nella vasca senza doccetta

Location is nice, peaceful safe area of the city. Room was nice, clean and comfortable. There are signs advising the best best time to go down for breakfast. We never had any problems getting seats for our family of four.

Cons:

Was not made aware of that the facility was under renovation, which was very disappointing. That wasn’t able to use the patio. That was the whole purpose of me booking this hotel. I would prefer being like some money back on this hotel the fact that I couldn’t use all amenities.

Nada , La recepción es terrible y pequeña , no tiene ni donde sentarse si llegas temprano está lleno y la gente dormida en las sillas de la recepción y no puedes sentarse por qué no hay donde

Cons:

El aire de la habitación no funcionaba a pesar que se informó , uno de los ascensores dañado y era más rápido por las escaleras
El desayuno terrible los huevos son terribles , el personal de atención en cafetería no es amable y no colaboran si uno pregunta le responde enojados.
El personal de recepción es poco amable y poco colaborador. La verdad en otra oportunidad no me quedaría en este hotel .
