Travelling from Toronto Canada its a nice location just walk from times square and other spots. Breakfast is okay as well. Staff were nice.

Das Hotel ist perfekt für eine anschließende Kreuzfahrt von Pier 88. 2-3 vom Pier entfernt und keine 10 Minuten zum Times Square. Frühstück hat reibungslos funktioniert. Super war, dass wir sowohl bei der Anreise vom Check in als auch bei der Abreise die Koffer kostenlos im Hotel lassen konnten.
Natürlich sind die Zimmer nicht sehr groß, aber für 1-2 Nächte vollkommen in Ordung. Die Preise in Manhattan sind leider recht hoch.
Room was clean. Bed was comfortable. Check in was easy and they held on to luggage if room wasn’t available so you could go about town.
Coffee was scalding hot.

Tuvimos un problema con el sink y dijeron enviarían a mantenimiento pero nunca fueron y realmente nos bañamos los dientes y el agua seguía posada la verdad eso terrible y no solucionaron

The room was small.
They didn't clean the room on the first day because I didn't know you have to let reception know to have it done every day.
The quality of the breakfast was not good. The breakfast room was very small with not enough tables for so many people.
I was out on the ground floor. It is literally a basement and the sink is so tiny. Te toilet was running water when I came in. There’s practically no sheets on the bed unless it’s paper. Also, such a weird shower for an ada room. And the towel they give you could cover one leg. It also smells really bad and you can hear everything from the window to outside. It’s not worth more than $200 a room for a building in Manhattan. It is also in the corner so if you are going to the train you have to walk down the street with your luggage to find a taxi.

The beds were comfortable and the cleaning staff was great and effective.
The breakfast is a nightmare. I didn't bother going downstairs a second morning. Chaos, loads of people, no tables, etc. The reception staff was not polite at all but adequate, at least . All vending machines were out of order. Elevators require long waits.

The staff promised to change me to another room up and it never happened. Even if I asked every day, they still didn’t have a room for me. And I booked my room with many time in advance.
