Segítőkész személyzet, jó helyen.
Pros:

A booking elcseszte a szállásiunkat, 4 óra ügyintézés után segítettek egy mozgáskorlátozott szobával. Normális segítséget a bookingtól nem kaptunk.

Pros:

My biggest problem was paying 500 dollars for one night as I had to leave early by one night and made the request in advance of my arrival to reduce by one night but was refused by holiday inn management.

The airco smelt very bad.

Very old rooms but location is good and I am retuning to New York in 14 days but will not stay at this hotel due to the above.

Würde ich nicht nochmal buchen.
Pros:

Die Lage war ganz gut.

Cons:

Sie wurde leider gerade von außen Renoviert. Leider war die Lobby alt und abgeranzt und sehr dreckig. Die Rezeption sehr unordentlich. Der Kiosk war immer leer. Das Zimmer war sehr klein und abgerockt und sehr staubig.
