Had a short enjoyable stay.Cant fault the place.Reception friendly, rooms modern and value for money.Cain at the bar was very friendly.Went out of his way to help.An assett to the hotel.Only fault I could say was the journey to room was a bit of a trek.
Lovely staff , comfortable bed and good shower.
Long walk to our room and two lifts very confusing.
nothing
that you have to pay a 50 pound charge when you arrive that you ‘get back’ and you don’t and don’t get a response from the hotel staff when you ring or email
Good quiet and relaxing evening
I really like Squirrels and I think they are quite possibly my fav animal. The man I met in the lobby also liked Squirrels and now we are friends. I like him. I think he liked me but mainly I liked him. But not as much as squirrels.
There could be more pictures of squirrels up. Or a squirrel themed room for people that like squirrels. Also I would stay in it.
The location
The room was extremely hot and no cold tap just very hot water or hot water
Dirty hair in the bath
The curtain rail fell of the wall when we tried to close the curtains, husband reattached but couldn’t close curtains so light blazed in the room soon as it got light
Bed uncomfortable
Dead pidgin directly outside the window
Great central location and friendly helpful staff.
Nothing
Location was great 👍
Breakfast wasn't great no bread no eggs..that was at 9am.
Staff are very friendly. Helpful. Nice bath. Comfy bed. Kettle fridge. Black out curtains. And the breakfast wow. So much selection to choose from. The sausages, bacon, eggs are excellent. If your staying here. You definitely have to purchase a breakfast. Well worth the money. Eat has much as you like.
Some noise from other guests slamming doors. Heat in room. But a fan is supplied. Woken up by pigeons on window sill. Bathroom needs upgrading. And a bit of a maze to find your room. But it's worth staying again. Has these can't be helped.
Everything
Nothing
The room is small and hot
The room doesn’t worth the money
Great location, parking available, quiet hotel.
Some of the rooms/ facilities are now a bit tired and could do with an uplift. Our room had scuff in walls/ paintwork, remaining patches from previous leaks in bathroom.
Nice and central
Good sleep
Very polite and helpful knowing my situation. Highly recommended for value.
Noise from couples either side enjoying each other to much.
