Overall, the hotel was fine, outside of the room that was booked online being unavailable
Pros:

Hotel was fine - rooms booked were not what was provided when we reached the hotel. In this case we asked for a room with two double beds for 3 young men. The room came with 1 bed which meant that one young man had to sleep on the floor.

Cons:

some patrons at the hotel had a little too much to drink and were harassing patrons in the parking lot and inside the hotel.

Good but not worth what we paid.
Pros:

Staff was friendly and helpful. The room was quiet and fairly comfortable.

Cons:

Elevators only half worked and were very dirty. The rest of the place was only marginally cleaner.

Great place to stay
Pros:

The hotel was very clean and staff was nice. I felt safe

Cons:

The breakfast could’ve been better. Not because of whoever cooked it, but just the lack of options. The fruit was on its way out and the only options for warm food were sausage and eggs. That’s it. It was fine but I’ve had better at other holiday inns.

It was a place to sleep.....
Pros:

Out room was huge. Probably the biggest Holiday Inn room I've ever had, but it was empty. There was hardly any furniture. It was so open it echoed.

Cons:

Staff was arguing out front and it made us uncomfortable. The one washing machine was in use the entire time, so I couldn't use it and I booked there because it had laundry facilities. Our room was missing things that most Holiday Inns have like extra towels and toilet paper, and it didn't have a coffee pot or coffee.

Pros:

It was extremely clean, which was a great surprise. The breakfast was amazing. Make sure to tip her she maintains the area clean with so much love and care.

Pros:

Room was awesome and very clean. Front desk staff was friendly and helpful

Cons:

Breakfast was horrible . Pancake machine was broken, food was cold and poor variety. No hot tea.

Cons:

checkin staff not very friendly or helpful.They said our confirmation number was invalid.We booked thru Booking .com so it was on our phone.We had to rebook thru the hotel.Hope we dont get billed twice.
