Eftalia Aqua Resort – All Inclusive

The hotel was not clean as I wish,the dinning area was so crowded and you should wait to much to find a empty place or desk
The food was not good at all
And most of the time it was the same as before

A notre arrivée a 2h du matin , nous n avions pas de réservation
En insistant et en montrant le numero de booking expédia, il ont trouve mais sous un autre nom ?!?
Finalement nous avons ete transféré dans un aitre hotel eftalia marin ... une nuit dans une chambre sale et pour 3 personnes
Et enfin en redemandant a nouveau une chambre familiale plus propre ouf ...
Par contre pas d aqua parc pas de club enfant si on veut on peut aller a cote mais on meurt de faim et de soif
Nous avons encore du aller nous plaindre pour cela et nous avons eu le bracelet de l hotel d a cote eftalia ocean .... bref toujours etre en demande c est penible
Ensuite niveau nourriture, c est mediocre on mange toujours pareil c est tres limite
Propreté.... limite également
Sol tres glissant.... a se demander si les carrelages sont adaptés !
Et les draps puent , sont ils laves ???
Et soins du visage ... ils ne connaissent pas l hygiène : on applique le masque a tout le monde avec le même pinceau et on voulait également me rincer avec le même bol et eponges que les autres ; je leur ai demandé de changer le matériel, les ont ils désinfecté, je ne pense pas !!!
Et les boissons dégueulasses : ice tea c est de l eau colorée et tout ce qui est bon est payant.... pour un tout inclus .... c est le pire de tout ce que j ai vu
Je ne conseille pas du tout ce groupe !!!

Konceptet holder med badeland både på hotel og på strand. Og på stranden fulgte ens all inclusive med til det meste. Point for det :)
At maden så var ualmindelig dårlig og uinspireret var en skam. Jeg rejser altid med all inclusive og det her var bunden.
Jeg tænker at det kan skyldes at det var 2 uger før sæsonluk og at alle trængte til at få batterierne ladet op. Personalet virkede fuldstændig indifferente og der var lang i mellem smilene. De var ikke sure; de var blot udbrændte. Det samme gjaldt helt sikkert for køkkenpersonalet.

Der skal dog mere til for at ødelægge min ferie - og mad fik jeg jo, så 3,5 stjerner for helhedsoplevelsen.

PS: vejret i uge 42 var forrygende: 28-30 grader. Havtemperaturen var skøn, pooltemperaturen var meget kold, men det var ok.

Helt OK oppholdt, kommer ikke til å dra tilbake. Fint med buffeet 3 ganger daglig med både sunne og usunne alternativer, men når hotellet var fullbooket var det lange køer og stressende miljø. Frekke resepsjonister som ikke vil hjelpe. Kort avstand til standen og fint å ligge ved bassenget. Omtrent bare russere på hotellet.

Our bags didn't arrive in time. But since the staff don't speak English well they simply asked us to give it an hour and the next time we enquired we were told wait for two days !!
In resort shops helped stock up clothes and swim wear! Bravo holiday starts
Forget the mannerisms and get used to chaotic breakfasts lunches and dinners. No sorry no thank you and no please!!!Enjoyed the salads and cheeses but the hot meals were not to my taste! Bravo I lost a few kilos.
The internet only works in the lobby and that too sometimes. Reception staff not helpful if the router needs a reboot.
The water slides and the aqua park. Superb!If you have kids aged 5-15, they will enjoy the two kids pools and the 20 slides it offers!
The lifeguards are friendly and helpful allowing underage kids tondo the bigger rides one time only!! Thanks atleast for that.
The hotel spa....I would recommend the Turkish bath/ hammam and a body massage.
Specially by Sezgin. He sorted out my bad upper back!!
The swimming pool area has slipper tiles. No EVA slippers if you want to be safe.
Evening entertainment is catered for Eastern Europe clientele
Icecream parlour staff are overworked and I feel it maybe better to buy the walls icecream than see the staff who look angry when assigned the icecream Alcatraz job.

We went there last year and was excited about going this year but it seems the hotel has gotten too big too fast. The food was extraordinarily tasteless, really bad. And the bed was unbearably hard. We'll be looking for a different resort next summer.

De flesta av personalen är otrevliga. Lobbyn i hotellet har jätte dålig klimat. Poolerna är ganska okej, och det såg ut som om det var vegatarisk mat för det mesta av maträtterna i buffén.

My experience is good since the children have fun as for adults my be but if you are looking for children to have fun this is the place but you should watch your kids all the time the hotel is full of people and families and your child could get a problems with guests off course the hotel has nothing to do in this mater . The food is great the drinks are good . The hotel is out of city you need taxi or bus to travel but after all since your kids are happy you will be happy.

Det er et rigtig fint hotel, med nogle super gode badefaciliteter. Jeg forstår bare ikke, hvorfor man ikke reklamerer noget mere for de ting som er på hotellet. Vi fandt desværre for sent ud af at man kunne få både pedicure og manicure, hos frisøren. Det var der overhovedet ingen reklame for.
Jeg synes måske også, at der skulle arbejdes på aften-arrangementerne. Det var det samme hele ugen pånær én aften, hvor det var Tyrkisk aften. Så underholdningen var for ensformig, taget i betragtning af at der ingenting er udenfor hotellet. Med mindre man tager en taxa til nærmeste by.
