I was pleased with the room and the friendliness of the staff getting me into my room.
Pros:

The breakfast had all the foods you want in a breakfast and well prepared and well displayed. The room was well appointed and comfortable. The location was good for where I had to be for work.

The hotel reception area and breakfast area was very clean, staff were friendly and helpful. The room however was very musty smelling and the carpet, although vaccumed, was very dirty looking.

10 out of 10 from check in until our departure. All of the staff were extremely helpful and kind. Breakfast area was clean and well prepared...the smiles from breakfast staff made our day! Our requests were heard and addessed satisfactorily. Room was very clean, as was the pool and hot tub area. We have stayed here before and returned because we trusted the property. We were not disappointed. Would absolutely stay here again!
