Disappointing
Cons:

Shower in room did not work as there was no water from the shower. Tried multiple times to call reception and got the afterhours number which was a voicemail. Walked up to reception however the entrance was closed. As the breakfast didnt open till 0630 i brought my own with me and could not eat as their was no bowls or utensils in the room. Consequently i then went to work dirty and hungry!

Great for family stay
Pros:

Beds and pillows are very comfortable
Easy to find and friendly staff
Child got to stay for free
Kiddo loved the pool

Cons:

Expensive for what it is
Shower has mould all through the tiles and they’re crack
Bathroom is aged and needs an update

If you could not supply what was agreed in initial booking don’t say you can what an absolute night

Hour your bookings was promised ground floor room and car parking in Front travelling with disabled friend and was given upstairs room arrived on time as per booking and was told our room was given away

Lovely comfortable bed and pillows.Great shower pressure.Spacious bedroom.

Cons:

Mould in shower in floor tiles grouting.Tiny coffee cups and night time roller blind wouldn't stay up during day ,so my husband secured it with a mertal bottle top!
