Very disappointing
Pros:

I came to spend Christmas with my family. My room was not serviced for four days and I had to ask for it. I did see that there would be no service for a couple of days over Christmas

I came to spend Christmas with my family. My room was not serviced for four days and I had to ask for it. I did see that there would be no service for a couple of days but not four. No bar replacements or bathroom replacements. Also I chose the hotel because of the pool and it was out of service the whole time I was there
