Pros:

Pillows,service and cleanliness and the pool.

Cons:

No robes or slippers. Shower door was installed backwards. The jets in the hot tub were awkward.

Cons:

Room was not very clean. Someone had entered my room and gone through closet drawers etc. The same person had removed towels from the room but the room was not serviced, Which means the person who entered was not from house keeping. I did complain to the duty manager but received no explanation of who had entered the room.

Did not enjoy the stay.
Pros:

We had to cut short our vacation at the Meridien Reforma and move to a different hotel as it did not meet our expectation of a Meridien property that we have been to on many occasions. The hotel is dated and shows , it is too bad hopefully they will renovate in short order as it definitely needs it.

Facility was clean. Room was spacious. Staff was courteous.Location was good .

Cons:

Front desk didn't do a good job of following through on services. They frequently forgot our requests and we had to call again on multiple occasions.
Food choices for breakfast and dinner didn't include much for vegetarians

The hotel is dated and overpriced. It is loud due to construction. The worst is getting scammed by the hotel taxi service. I was told two different prices by hotel staff, yet the taxi driver charged much more. I notify the hotel and they washed their hands saying it’s a third party. Dishonest scammy staff. Do not stay here
