Melbourne work trip done in style and comfort!
Pros:

Great location and well appointed room and facilities. Highly recommended and will be back again when next in melbourne.

Cons:

Bering an apartament having on site parking and aslo a supermarket within same builing made for for further convenience.

Pros:

Location was good and the apartment was quiet

Cons:

Dirty. Dishes in the dishwasher were dirty, baseboards were dusty and dirty and the toilet and floors weren’t cleaned

Nice having Aldi downstairs

No water pressure. Toilet didn’t flush properly. No towels. Had to go and buy from Aldi downstairs.

You get what you pay for - a bed and that’s about all.

It had a bed, was surprisingly quiet at night.

Cons:

The property was extremely rundown. Rooms themselves were falling apart - holes in the roof where lights previously were, tv clearly ripped off the wall in the bedroom. The mini fridge smelt like someone left an animal to decompose in there.

We enjoyed our stay; however, I would like to provide some constructive feedback and suggestions for improvement.

During the night, the bed (which appears to be two single mattresses joined together) separated. The gap in the middle was uncomfortable and caused back pain, particularly as my husband and I prefer to sleep close together. In addition, the mattress protector had noticeable yellow staining, which was disappointing from a cleanliness perspective.

The seating area for watching television was also not very comfortable, and there was no small coffee table available to place drinks or snacks. We also found that additional lighting near the kitchenette would be beneficial, as the area was quite dim, especially in the evening.

For improvement, I would suggest:
   •   Adding a king-size mattress topper and quality mattress protector to keep the mattresses securely together and improve overall comfort.
   •   Replacing stained bedding protectors to maintain hygiene standards.
   •   Providing a comfortable double couch and a small coffee table for convenience.
   •   Installing a small light near the kitchenette to improve visibility.
With these enhancements, the apartment would be significantly more comfortable and provide an even better experience for future guests.

Location, location
Pros:

Great location and apartment clean with comfy beds.

Cons:

Apartment needs a little maintenance. Sink in bathroom was blocked and filled up with water, toilet trickling water continuously, bottom of bin in kitchen was dirty and hadnt been cleaned, tap at kitchen sink was loose, only had 1 teaspoon and dessert spoon.
