Pros:

The Room was spacious, clean and comfortable. It was quiet even though it was very close to Nepean Highway, You don't hear the neighbouring rooms. The staff are very helpful and friendly. They went out of their way to help us.

Cons:

The carpark is confusing, especially the rubbish bins.

Quiet, lovely tropical treed setting, v clean, bed great, exceptionally helpful staff, great value for money, good location, security ++, parking, accessible, excellent supply of what I needed within e.g cutlery, toaster microwave, crockery etc. Handy to Aldi downstairs for supplies

Pros:

Parking instructions could have been clearer re the key is an electronic fob and when the Aldi main car park is closed you can use the fob on that entrance as well. A description of where the fob reader is would have saved a 40 min search for the reader after a six hour drive. Maybe instructions should be tested to ensure they are useful for someone who hasn't been there before. This was the only problem.

Enjoyable stay
Pros:

Staff are great. Helpful and friendly. Apartment has everything you need. Being above Aldi is useful.

Cons:

Needs a deep clean and a few maintenance issues fixing. Balcony is pretty dirty with plants growing in gaps. All tiles need the grout scrubbing. Few blown lights, loose fittings and fixtures etc..
