Great stay, but noisy surroundings at night.
Pros:

Very nice hotel room and nice continental breakfast.

Cons:

It is very noisy from the surrounding bars at night. They do advertise this well and provide ear plugs, but I could even hear the noise through the ear plugs at some points. Would be even worse when the college is in session.

Booking.com needs to have clear rules and guidelines when it comes to communicating with the hotel
Pros:

The hotel itself is nice and the breakfast bar was good

Cons:

The system was down it took me 2 hours to check in when I finally did get my room I was called by the front desk and told they still couldn’t find my reservation r even thought I showed my confirmation email and bank transaction and I needed to come back down. I was traveling for a wedding and missed the rehearsal dinner. I’m so unhappy with my check in experience I’m not sure I’ll stay there again or if I’ll use booking.com again

It was a good stay. Would stay again.
Pros:

I was very pleased with how clean the room was. I am an owner of a cleaning company so I have high expectations. I had no complaints. I even checked the picture frames for dust. And there was none. Great job to there housekeeping.

We had the best time. The room was very clean the hotel smelled clean. Everyone that worked there was friendly.
